Dear Sir/Madam Subject :- Request For Live Hosting Agency I am writing to request your help following a change in my circumstances. As you know, I am enrolled on the Basic Spanish course at your college, which starts in September. However, due to unforeseen family events, I have had to leave the country for a while to assist my parents in Hong Kong. At present it is not clear when I will be able to return and unfortunately I will not be able to start the course as planned. I would like to request a refund for the course fees already paid. I apologise for the short notice and for any inconvenience caused. In the event that a refund is not possible, I would be grateful if you could postpone my enrolment until my return. How to fix StreamKar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StreamKar app on iPhone
Update StreamKar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StreamKar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StreamKar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StreamKar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

StreamKar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StreamKar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the StreamKar App
1. On android, goto Settings » StreamKar » click [Force Stop]

Update StreamKar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StreamKar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StreamKar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StreamKar.

Fix StreamKar unable to contact server/ StreamKar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StreamKar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StreamKar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StreamKar
