I like your picture selection And that you give credits to artists for their work etc. Prices are reasonable...though I chose not to buy. Opening new picture is good and interesting. Movable row for pieces above playing board is nicely done. I like the little light flash as a piece is connected accurately.
However, When removing a tile and then moving it into optional positions, there is a “sticky” jerky motion rather than clean and smooth giving me more control. This is my one major critique for which one of your competitors has you beat.

Sent out a distress email yesterday...it was answered almost immediately. I needed to get my puzzles from my google tablet onto my iPad. Neil worked with me on that and I am happily solving my puzzles on my new device. I love JigsawGenius...it is easy to use..and very stimulating for my aging brain. I'm most impressed with their over the top customer support. I highly recommend this company !

I really like JigsawGenius so much that I paid to have the ads removed but after I did the areas along the sides went away. I can’t sort my pieces anymore without putting them inside the puzzle area. How can I fix this?

Really interesting and colorful puzzles. I really enjoy having the puzzle pieces above the board for easy viewing. Living on a fixed income, I am unable to purchase additional puzzles and must rely on the bonuses and free puzzles.

I like the puzzles ....when I cancel, later I change my mind and want to start over but it is still open that should go back to “get”..

I love this game, except for one thing, sometimes I try moving pieces and these won’t move after a while. Maybe that’s the way it should be, but I’m new here. Thanks for letting me play, I’m a big fan of puzzles.

JigsawGenius is a fun, user friendly pastime. During this time of limited contact it’s become like a best friend, always there and entertaining.

I am an 85 year old woman, and I absolutely love doing puzzles. You selection is very good. I do at least 2 puzzles a day. Thank you for entertaining me.

Interesting puzzle selections. Moves along with smooth manipulations...no freezing. Colors are wonderful with so many selections of categories. Love playing.

The puzzles are interesting to do and all support is at hand. A very good pass time and colors and themes are very nice. It is fun too.

Puzzles are great, and I have worked 4-5 of them. Two of the puzzles are missing pieces.

This is by far my favorite puzzle app.

The puzzles are fun but there have been a few where the final couple of pieces don’t fit.

The pieces don’t move very well when I move they. It’s frustrating.

Really enjoy doing these puzzles. Very calming and the time flies.
