I used to hate Bit because it required too many permissions. I’m lowering my rating because I was recently supposed to receive a transfer from a colleague, I received a text, installed the app, and nothing happened.
I contacted Bit’s support regarding the failed transfer, they said that someone should get back to me and if they don’t- I should ask my colleague to transfer again.
The app doesn’t work, and the support are not helpful.

Good bye Bit, This never happened for me in PayBox.

It worked fine, until my I phone 7 was cut off. It says I can select an older version although it does not allow me to do so therefore my choice is to delete the app or get a new phone terrible customer service no one answers the phone not even chat

You have to ask them to transfer your own money to your bank account. There’s no option to do this automatically. They’re essentially using their monopoly to force you to open a checking account with them, which is illegal.
