Blocked from editing photos. As soon as i open a photo it closes. I had this app for a few years not sure what the problem is

Hello,

there are some photos that when I upload in faceapp the app crush and closes without any explanation.
and there some other photos when face it"s really clear and she says no face can be found.
Can you please help me with this.
