The game play is ok, but the algorithms for distributing various power-ups and rewards is deeply flawed and will only benefit high paying, high activity profiles. The developers are constantly restricting the options for players who cannot or will not pay hundreds for packages, and the tournament reward system is built so that only high profile high paying players will qualify for decent rewards, while the rest are competing for next to nothing— this may not seem important to the average player, but it translates to making it next to impossible for lower level players to advance in the game beyond the beginner levels.
Customer support is a joke at best, and they’ll give the standard response claiming that they are working on it, or apologise for the inconvenience while not acknowledging that you’ve actually complained.
If you want a game that will ignore your interests while giving mediocre game play and rewards, without actually trying to hide the fact that they’re desperately money grabbing at a demographic that is largely older and easily manipulated, then this is the game for you!

Keep crashing and steal everything you worked hard for then send you lame emails portraying as if though their concerned when you report but in reality their absolutely NOT! I have reported several times even updated this junk and nothing has changed. It’s strange but true I noticed it will crash like crazy even more when I joined a club so I left the club and played without being in one for at least a week and I don’t recall it crashing not ONE single time! I joined another club and low and behold I can barely play once again without it crashing and stealing everything I earned. When relaunching BingoStoryLiveBingoGames whatever I just won before it crashed is nowhere to be found like I just watched a video to get free power ups before the video started good it crashed I relaunched BingoStoryLiveBingoGames and went to see if I could pick up on the video where it crashed or if it gave me my power ups anyway and as always nothing but a error message telling me to play more to get the power ups I just lost bc it crashed through no fault of my own as it have many many other times. Side note for you devs stop shoving your ads in my face to purchase something I dare spend a penny on a game crashing and stealing from me matter of fact you are on my delete list!

I have lost millions of points due to this game freezing. It happens most frequently when you watch an ad to double your points. When the ad is finished the screen freezes and you not only don’t get the double points, you lose what you had to begin with. Last time it happened I was doubling over 500,000 and I lost it all. Additionally I lost everything I had won including experience, club balls, and chests. I have contacted support and was told to try updating. When that didn’t work, I was told to reinstall which I did. Still keeps happening. I play many games—particularly many from this same company—and have no problems with any of the others. If they could fix their technical glitches I would give the game 4 or 5 stars. It is getting so frustrating at this point that I will more than likely stop playing it. I already play it far less frequently.

Changed to one star after losing three prizes and over 700,000 points due to freezing once again. Will delete BingoStoryLiveBingoGames now. I am over this game.

There are too many other Bingo game platforms out there too have to struggle so much to advance and earn rewards. Besides that the game is glitchy and freezes a lot. Coincidentally it only seems to freeze up when you spend tokens to play and not on the free rounds. Seems to be solely targeted to get people to spend money to be able to play. It should not be labeled as a free to play game. A new Price Is Right competition started a week ago to which is to continue until April and now they’ve changed the rules a week in and made it almost impossible to progress through the levels. Shady.

Update…now they are just stealing from their customers. They offer “free” tokens through the FB page. A recent post allowed players to collect more than once. When they realized the error they went into players accounts and took back the “free tokens”. In a lot of cases the took back more than what was from the glitch. The basically stole from their customers and we have no recourse. It is super expensive to advance in the game anyways. I will no longer be giving a dime to CheatWire.

When I began playing this game I loved it. The longer I play it tho I found that this company regularly makes “updates” that make it harder and harder to progress in the game. If you want to have any forward movement you HAVE to spend money. I actually enjoyed the game so much that I did start spending money. But every time u buy a package they no longer offer u that package at the same price. If u want to buy pretty much the same thing, or many times even less inventory is offered, the price is doubled! I will be boycotting with the rest of the clubs until either clipwire fixes their crap, or I find something else to do with all my free time. I used to recommend the game to all my family and friends, but now if someone hasn’t started playing I tell them DONT BOTHER! Not unless you are ok spending HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EVERY MONTH and getting less and less FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU SPEND.

CLIPWIRE, make the changes that MOST OF YOUR LONGEST TIME PLAYERS ARE DEMANDING. I am boycotting with everyone else. I will change my review and ratings if you do respond however. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME, OR WATCH ANOTHER AD, UNLESS YOU FIX THE MESS YOU HAVE MADE.

FIX OUR DAILY GIFTS. STOP PENALIZING YOUR DEDICATED PLAYERS THAT HAVE BEEN AROUND LONG ENOUGH BY MAXING OUT THEIR LEVEL AT 200 AND THEN DENYING THEM THE PERKS FOR EVERY NEW LEVEL ACHIEVED, AND GET RID OF THAT DAMM CALL MAX!!!!!!!!

This game USED to be fun, but now it is more like a job. You can’t succeed without buying anything. Before you could pay 4500 pink tickets for power ups. Now you can buy 5 free daubs with 1500 pink tickets or 5 double daubs for 5000 pink tickets with a cap of only 5 per day for each. You go through 5 of those in ONE game! You can also get ONE mini game daub for 10,000 pink tickets. They are basically forcing you to purchase with MONEY power up packs. There is no way to do well in this game without power ups. I have yet to fully complete an event and I have purchased items with money. It is almost impossible to get the 4/5/6 star items you need for the room you work on, but don’t worry you will get the 4/5/6 star items for rooms you just finished. I have asked about this and they said those are harder items to get. I understand that, but I have tracked this and after you complete a room you are 4 times as likely to get those harder items for the previous rooms than the room you are working on. The only reason I have stayed and played is because the team I play on. I enjoy chatting with them and competing together. This was supposed to be something for FUN, but it isn’t anymore. If you are thinking of downloading this game because they say it is free, DON’T.

This is an absolutely as world fun game I would love to give it five stars. But for the past four months the game has been frozen on the home screen and will not allow me to enter and play. This happened shortly after I had purchased a $60 game package to include more blue stars and power ups. I’m afraid if I delete the game to reload it I will lose the $60 I just invested into the game. That’s why I can only give it one stars, I have contactedThe support team three times and have yet to hear a response. I don’t know what kind of glitch is going on with the game but this is so uncool because now I have lost $60 and I cannot get a refund back on that. I’m hoping the glitch gets worked out soon so I can resume playing. I just purchased a new phone because I thought maybe my memory in my phone was low and would not let the game play yet and still it will not let me enter the game so I deleted BingoStoryLiveBingoGames and reloaded it hopefully crossing fingers and that it will let me play and I’m hoping Customer Service will give me a refund me my $60 because if not I’m going to delete BingoStoryLiveBingoGames and not worry about it and go on to somebody else’s app because it’s really ridiculous

When I joined months ago, the game was decent.. I’ve made a lot of friends, that are like family to me! We love meeting up and having our club drops and competing with other clubs. But this latest update has changed the game completely! It has now become a pay to play game because unless you buy tokens to play, it’s impossible to get club balls or game items for the side games. We would have 30 minute challenges with team members to see how many bingos/balls we could get in that time frame... it was always 30-50 balls and 40-80 bingos without using any powerups. We tried this morning on the new free classic game and not only did I get several rounds with NO gold balls, but the whole 30 minutes netted me 5 golden balls and 7 bingos. How is any club supposed to be competitive within the game now? Clipwire has gotten greedy, and to do so at such a time that we have a worldwide pandemic and many are out of work is disgusting! Who wants to play a game that is stressful and frustrating? Fix it back to the way it was before your pay to play update and I will change my review, until then... I refuse to play your game and I will NOT recommend to anyone!

I never leave reviews but the latest update on this game is just so appalling I had to write one. I would never recommend this game to anyone at this point.

The new update basically forces you to pay to play. Clipwire will reply and say you can still play for free but that junk. Technically yes, you can play for free but They have drastically reduced the golden bingo balls and items on the free card. If you’re in a competitive team you will not be able to play as you did before without spending money. Clipwire will say you get 12 free blue tokens a day as if we’re supposed to fall over at their feet for their kindness. You can’t even play one barely upgraded set of cards with that.

If people want to upgrade their cards and spend money that’s fine, but they should not have taken away the basic version of the game they’ve been offering. They should have kept it the same as the baseline and the upgraded cards should have gradually increased in items. Most of my competitive top 10-25 team (many of which have willingly spent money in the past) have said they will no longer spend a penny on this game and will leave if it stays like this. I suspect clipwire really doesn’t care... they just want your money!

It's so sad that I got caught up in this game. I honestly spent over $1000. Yup, one thousand dollars in a month:(. It was my first month and I didn't know that they take away EVERYTHING at the end of a month! All of the things I got and POOF, gone! I only received a thing called design points...not even the value of the items id collected. The tokens alone were over 1500... I had been saving up for my collections. I didn't know that I would lose them if not collected by a time that wasn't even explained! They have the club collections and they give you a warning for that but not the others where you actually win tokens and other prizes. It sickens me how I was treated by the support. My issue was never addressed. They picked a fraction of my issue that allowed them to seem like they responded only leaving me with a feeling of being placared. I have vowed to never spend any more with them. The only way to win is by spending money so the game leaves a negative impact on gameplay. Furthermore, the chat regarding the game consists of a bunch of men trying to connect romantically, or worse. It's just not worth it. I am sad to say that a game that had potential has only left me with a negative impact on the game. Sad but true

7/20: the game crashes all the time. ALL THE TIME. rather than fixing their technical problems, they chose an update that makes the game pay to play. So now you want me to pay for a game that crashes every time I hit play? Nope. And don’t believe the “developer response”. Contact support and you will wait a week or more for a response. Then they will give you a bogus canned response. God forbid you actually lost something you paid money for. You will spend 3 weeks back and forth with the developers trying to PROVE you lost money. Then when they finally believe you, they will send you reparations that are a FRACTION of what you spent/earned. These developers do not believe in supporting loyal customers. They only believe in the almighty $$$.

I really loved this game, but it keeps crashing so that I lose all my points, items I’ve spent money on, collections, etc. I will stop playing if the crashes don’t get fixed even though it’s been my favorite game until now.

Update 7/13: the game has been updated to make it no fun to play the free version. This company is GREEDY and wants you to spend money in order to get fun things that you used to get for free. Existing users are all ready to delete because the game has become garbage.

I honestly do enjoy playing this game, and I never complain about things like this. I work in consumer affairs and have a history of restaurant management, so I get what it’s like to work in customer service. Unfortunately it crashes all of the time. During these crashes, all of the items used in a game or lost. I used to receive the items back when I would load back into BingoStoryLiveBingoGames , however that seems to no longer be the case. It’s like that feature is just gone, possibly in an update. I have spent actual money on power ups and bingo tokens so many times just to have them lost in one of the inevitable unbelievably frequent crashes. Finally I was so fed up that I contacted support, and received a response that I should try to delete BingoStoryLiveBingoGames and re-download. Of course, I had done that a million times at that point. So it was insulting to have such a lack of concern from support for the fact that money spent is just being taken away in these crashes. I wasn’t expecting anything really in return, but I was told they were going to investigate the crashes and provided them with the exact time frames of when the crashes occurred and items were lost as requested. A response of delete and reinstall BingoStoryLiveBingoGames was ridiculous to me. Low rating because of the crashes.

I really do WANT to give this game 5 stars and would happily return to update my review to do that if issues presented here were actually addressed. I’ve been playing this game for quite a while, have lots of fun, and have been fortunate enough to even win some first place awards. Aside from that though I have to agree with sentiments that are repeated often in reviews here. Club play is next to impossible. I’ve noticed that club balls regularly come up with numbers I need for a bingo but they never get daubed. What’s up with that? I also hate that you can never complete collections because the game chooses to give you duplicates instead of letting you win the collection. I have made more purchases than I should have. What I’ll say about that is Bingo Story can be quite pricey if you get swept up in the passion of the game, but the return for your purchases is peanuts for pearls. Highway robbery! I agree that you pretty much have to be playing this game 24/7 to achieve anything. Kudos for the graphics. I’d like to see an auto daub boost as when it gets near the end of the game I find it difficult toggling back and forth between screens fast enough and wind up missing out on bingos, power ups, and boosts. This has all the elements of a great game and could easily become the favorite of bingo players if the issues that get repeated in reviews often were addresses.

i realize that I am only one of thousands of customers but I hope my suggestion/complaint holds some weight. Especially since during the short time that I’ve played, I’ve purchased over $200 in chips but the end of the need to buy is nowhere in sight. Because of that I’ll be deleting BingoStoryLiveBingoGames . It’s not worth it knowing that I will always have to buy if I want to play competitively. While I do love that players can play for free, you can’t really compete unless you buy.
My suggestion is that when players level up, play bingo, complete daily tasks, win tournaments, etc. - bingo chips should be included as a reward. Absolutely everything else about the game play is great but just knowing that if I want to get a leg up and win a competition I’d have to buy playing chips makes everything else not worth it. The minimal chips given on a daily basis just isn’t enough and to be honest I’m actually surprised that this issue hasn’t been resolved. If you want happy players you should concede when almost every review states you have to pay to play. The chips given daily allow you to play one competitive game and not even at the highest level. Just not worth it period.

I absolutely love this game I would give it five stars but there are a few things that do upset me about the game. One thing would be is that there should be more ways to get stars to play the games that require stars for cards. Also when it comes to pushing the numbers on the car for some reason when I am playing my finger does not match up with the car sometimes so I end up hitting the wrong number or I have to triple tap a number for it to pick the number on the card. Also that slows down my speed for being able to pick all the numbers that are called during the game. Also if there were more ways to get cards that cost stores that would be great because not everybody wants to spend $200 to get a good amount of stars so please figure out a way to earn more stars to play more of the cards that Call starts to play 64 stars is a lot but you guys don’t give us any type of way to achieve getting a lot of stars other than having to pay for them

I have been playing this game for a good while. I’ve spent way more money than I’d like to admit.. I love my team/club and that they have that have made many bingo friends, you really can’t play unless you pay you can’t get anywhere without power ups or blue tokens. I’ve had many issues with crashes and losing items and other issues and the customer support is so slow and literally seem to never believe you when you let them know about issues they want screen shots and time frames... whatever it just seems that no matter what they NEVER give you back what you lose and I can’t understand their lack of concern . They seem to be cocky ! They give me the feeling like oh well we don’t need you because we will keep making money. MONEY SEEMS TO BE THEIR GREATEST CONCERN. I’ve never dealt with a customer care that doesn’t seem to care at all... this is the first and as I’d LOVE to give BingoStoryLiveBingoGames 5 stars I can’t because of the customer care. And for the money I have spent I don’t feel they need all the info they ask for just give me what has been lost. SMH .... sadly I can only give 3 stars But the game itself is highly addictive and much fun!

I absolutely love this game . As a matter of fact this is the 1st game I’ve ever made a power up purchase for . That being said , I’m very sad that we make tons of friends, but the only gifts we can send ie pu tickets and others we can only send to Facebook friends! It’s quite difficult to finish any puzzles unless you play all day and night . The tournaments also you have to play all day and night to get anywhere . In the club room you can’t get the collection, because you get same items , it’s difficult enough without getting same items . It’s very very difficult to chat with friends ! You have to use the mailbox. I have played 3 games that have just kept going past the last bingo , I’ve lost tickets club balls and power ups because of this . I’ve contacted support and they say more information is needed ! What am I supposed to do keep a journal. Like I said this game is really really fun , but some CHANGES need to be made . Especially if you legitimately win and they won’t do anything except say more information is needed omg it just happened again! I won a chest and a bingo and they’re now saying I need an internet connection! How the heck do they think I’ve been playing! Ugh as much as I reall like the game I’m going to have to get rid of it ,!!

Okay, so at the end of the day- it’s just a game. However, it’s a game that I use to decompress. So it’s pretty frustrating that since the last update, the game keeps freezing at the end when it’s time for rewards to be dispersed. And how convenient that it’s usually when j have huge wins. I emailed support asking for my winnings to be given to me (included a screenshot of the game that froze) and all I got was an “I’m sorry that happened. Is the issue still happening?” email like a week later. No offer to rectify the problem whatsoever. Just as of this evening, my game froze (both times I had huge wins). This game was working brilliantly before the last update. And honestly, they made it harder for just a standard player to win with this last update...which kinda turns me off from wanting to play. I’m more apt to spend a little money when it’s worthwhile but when it’s not, I won’t.

Update: ok so I am down to a three star. Since the last app update, I literally have to turn my phone off for at least a minute to allow BingoStoryLiveBingoGames to refresh and reset. I have to do this a few times a day. It’s pretty annoying but it doesn’t stop me from playing. I have to admit that it is pretty hard to get a club ball collection. This is where you get points. I have only been able to ever get one collection within the time constraints. Also, there was one time I got a message from BingoStoryLiveBingoGames company rewarding me for coming in first but it didn’t say in what category. I’m still confused as to what I did and I haven’t been able to do this since.
I love this game! It’s the first Bingo game I haven’t deleted after two weeks! So this time I figured out that pink tickets can be used to purchase some power ups and puzzle pieces! Yay! I am on level 31 and only figuring this stuff out now!

Ok so it took awhile to figure some of the stuff out and that is why I gave the 4 Star. Once I finally did, there are missions and collections that can be worked toward to get more power and it’s been really fun! At the bottom of the screen there is what looked like advertisements for other games but this is where you find the missions. Collect lemonade or ice cream pieces and get rewards.

I’ve been playing this game for over a year and a half now so I have seen many updates. This last one is good, but there’s a few things that keep it from being the best that it could be. For one, the puzzles r incredibly difficult to complete now. I don’t believe that anyone has the time it takes to always finish one, nor the time it takes to reach the highest tier in the tourney; u have to play for hours to get anywhere&what used to be a fun game to play here&there when u had a little spare time, now feels like a job =(

Secondly&most important to me is that the daily gifting from friends USED to b amazing! Now, however, all we seem to get r pink tickets instead of power ups&it costs way too many pink tickets to buy anything of value! 4500 pink tickets for 18 power ups? It takes more pups to even play three rounds of bingo, so if u plan to play for any extended period of time, u aren’t going to get anywhere....no climbing in the tourney, no finished puzzles, nada.

I absolutely love most of the new updates, but the lack of power ups definitely makes it more difficult/not much fun to play. Please bring the original part of daily gifting back so this game can be fun again!!

Played this game for quite a while. LOVED it. Then came the changes…..they happened almost every month. Little by little they took away every way to play free. If you don’t buy you really can’t progress or have fun in the game. So many bugs, so many crashes, and all you get is the Game is working as intended, so I guess that means they are CHEATING the players on purpose. It could be a really great game and 6 months ago I would have given it a 5* rating, but for some reason they are sabotaging it. Long time players are leaving. They want NEW and uninformed players only. But let me assure you THIS GAME IS NOT IN ANYWAY FREE. They are mis advertising .

I do thank them for the response. And while there is 1 single game that can be played free out of 9, you get nothing playing it and you can’t progress. I played 10 bingo games today and got 1 bingo total. Without the power ups, which you have to buy it’s a very frustrating game.

6 months ago it was a generous and fun game to play, not so much anymore. The players have continually asked them to put back some of the functions of game to no response. Every time they make a change now it hurts the game more.

Bingo is a con,,,, reduced balls per game ,, giving less items needed ,, toatal joke ,,don’t bother
