Overall, works great from my apple watch and transferring to my phone. I would love to see it actually do voice to text capabilities after the recording is complete. It does also need better background noise cancellation. But overall a great app!

Generally works well. It seems to take longer to load as more recordings build up. Would like to be able to flag new recording segments quicker and easier.

It does everything I want on the phone or the watch and can selectively decide which ones to move to the phone.
The most important thing is I can start on my watch, leave it on for over an hour (maybe more) without it stopping.

I understand that everyone else finds VoiceRecorderAudioMemos intuitive but I don’t!!! Not for the full subscription purchase. There is no support email or way to get ahold of the people who made it. I can’t figure out how to save the Voice Activated Recording which is why I paid the $20. It keeps deleting. It makes me think that all of the add ins actually don’t work. I don’t understand how I can’t get ahold of anyone. Sure VoiceRecorderAudioMemos is cute, but it is blank. There are no instructions. This is ridiculous.

Ok so they should show it describe how to record and u shouldn’t have to pay but other than that it’s amazing I can play my favorite songs by recording them then when I go to a place with no WiFi or service I can still listen to it

The rate question keeps popping up so guess what
I’ll rate you! VoiceRecorderAudioMemos is okay so far but each time the rate question pops up my rebidding goes back to Zero
Very annoying
Also when recording on iwatch the recording stops if a notification comes through or a call etc so I have to restart
Other than that I’ll continue to use app for now and see if these issues get fixed

App worked brilliantly. I recorded what I needed but only one of 2 recordings got transferred to my iPhone. I thought nothing of it, I just figure it out tomorrow. Then my iPhone auto updated IOS overnight which subsequently forced my watch to update. Despite restoring from a backup, the watch has no data from before. So now I lost a very important recording.

If only we could hide the red recording icon in the corner! I can leave my phone in a room and securely record what my kids are saying behind my back! Now they’re going to their dads this weekend while I’m out of town instead of having their girlfriends over!!!

I tested VoiceRecorderAudioMemos several times in anticipation of using it to record meeting notes for a very long meeting (2 hrs). I even listened to parts of the meeting recording immediately after the meeting concluded.
Next day when I went in to play the recording to type out the minutes, it’s just pretended to play but only gave dead air. And yes, I did check the volume. I even ran a few other test recordings which played without a problem.

I transfer all my lecture recording here as well as record then myself on here. The speed control and markers with titles to input also very useful when a long recording has taken place.

Like it so far, we’ll see how it holds up. I can’t seem to find restrictions for the free version though...Are we limited to length/size of a recording before we hit a paywall?

There are some really decent apps for recording on iPhones, however you still can appreciate when another jumps into the equation and creates more choices anyway. Nice recording app indeed

VoiceRecorderAudioMemos is awesome. Until it’s not. I made a long recording over multiple days and it recorded just fine. But it only exports a 4 hour file. So, not so awesome. Can’t find a way to fix this. I’ve air dropped it, saved it to iCloud files, nothing works. Dumb. Dumb. So dumb. And useless.

Okay... so it records. That’s a big “so what” and no great feat. I record reminders on my Apple Watch 4, iPhone XS, and iPad but there is no visual, email, or text notifications available presenting the number of recordings, especially between devices. This is a major shortcoming in a very crowded voice recorder app marketplace.
