Not to be relied upon

I tested this app several times in anticipation of using it to record meeting notes for a very long meeting (2 hrs). I even listened to parts of the meeting recording immediately after the meeting concluded.
Next day when I went in to play the recording to type out the minutes, it’s just pretended to play but only gave dead air. And yes, I did check the volume. I even ran a few other test recordings which played without a problem.
No Instructions No Support

I understand that everyone else finds this app intuitive but I don’t!!! Not for the full subscription purchase. There is no support email or way to get ahold of the people who made it. I can’t figure out how to save the Voice Activated Recording which is why I paid the $20. It keeps deleting. It makes me think that all of the add ins actually don’t work. I don’t understand how I can’t get ahold of anyone. Sure the app is cute, but it is blank. There are no instructions. This is ridiculous.

The rate question keeps popping up so guess what
I’ll rate you! The app is okay so far but each time the rate question pops up my rebidding goes back to Zero
Very annoying
Also when recording on iwatch the recording stops if a notification comes through or a call etc so I have to restart
Other than that I’ll continue to use app for now and see if these issues get fixed
