App not loading. They lead you to believe that you will be able to meet your horse but they don't actually take anyone or allow you on the backside of the track. I also thought I would be allowed in the saddling paddock when she raced. Nope-there is a lottery for that. This is really not worth it.

How to fix MyRacehorse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyRacehorse app on iPhone
Update MyRacehorse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyRacehorse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyRacehorse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyRacehorse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyRacehorse Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyRacehorse not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyRacehorse App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyRacehorse » click [Force Stop]

Update MyRacehorse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyRacehorse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyRacehorse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyRacehorse.

Fix MyRacehorse unable to contact server/ MyRacehorse internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyRacehorse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyRacehorse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyRacehorse
