the recorder won’t save my recordings, i would love a refund.

Great features but no manual to read about features and the audio has a horrible hiss. If the audio is fixed it’s a 5 star app. I’ve used other video recording apps no hiss. Please fix and I’ll amend the rating.

I use audient id14 and REC crashes as soon as I hit record. The built-in camera app works fine.

I’m not sure if REC developer is aware of an app killing bug that is RAMPANT in this System but it will CONTINUOUSLY NOT SAVE the video and deletes them…. THANKS! I have the 1 Year subscription and cannot wait to cancel it when it comes to an end. I am a Content Creator and this Paid For App isn’t even doing the basics. My Brand New IPhone 13 pro max is not compatible, NO GOOD.

No zoom function is a killer.

Lack of on screen help or doc is another minus.

No zoom?! At minimum it needs the ability to zoom. It also needs a quick tap ability to switch from video to Camera +2. I purchased REC and I have NOT been available to use it because of these limitations.

I really like a lot about REC, but really need to turn the cameras flash on during video recording.

Long time user of your Camera+2. Would really like to see a remote app for this, I hope it is on your to-do list. Would not mind paying for that.

For me, the 4.0.1 update made REC more buggy than it was: Tentacle Track E (REC ’s biggest asset) still works, but does not show as external mic. Switching between lenses is glitchy and triggers an odd delay on screen. Great interface and first rate app once the bugs are under control.

Purchased this to sync several iPhones bc it advertised it would record time stamp timecode but it only records elapsed time. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but can’t make it work. Wrote developer using link in app but no reply yet but it’s only been 3 days.
If this really doesn’t work it’s important before you buy.

It’s not a bad app, but through two different phones, and two different pairs of Bluetooth headphones, I haven’t been able to use Bluetooth headphone mics as external audio on REC.

I used it for a film project once, and using my phone’s audio was honestly terrible. Why is this? There’s an option for external audio, but I’ve never been able to get it to work.

I used to have a pair of skull candy Bluetooth headphones. My current pair is the Jabra GN Elite 25e. Both have mics which work perfectly fine on phone calls, the memo app, and Siri, but not here. Is there anything I can do about this? It would help greatly, and definitely bump my rating up a star or two.

I love the manual focus on the Camera+2 and this app apps but just learning to use. Is zoom limited to 6x with manual focus on camera? And is the only zoom choice for video the Tele choice or is there a sliding scale function?

Need to know how to zoom in and out.

I like the simple easy to use UI, but no LOG? I love using it with my TentacleSync Track E, but no LUTs, presets or LOG? Want me to use REC more? Give me just a little more control.

I have used Filmic Pro for years, but the interface is becoming old and difficult to use. I was searching for a new professional and found it with this app. The quality it produces is on par with Filmic with a far better interface and menu system. It has a similar interface as the built in iOS camera app, but with all the pro features you need. Great Job!

Pause and resume please add this feature in the next update it’s extremely needed as a highly requested feature please respond back to me immediately at my email waiting to hear back from you immediately

I have FilmicPro and Mavis but I also liked REC for it's simplicity, clean UI, ease of use and capability. One of my favorites!

REC is beautiful and fun to use, but it’s lacking some features. Can you please add some additional color profiles such as LOG and the ability to save and switch between presets?

I love camera + so I bought REC too. It's very, very good, providing what I need for a bargain price. I'm happy with it overall.

Great app a few bugs but the developer has patched them up nicely!
