For a fashionable (trend) company, having support available 24/7 is a must today. This is why people sometimes hate the word and the industry. On one end, the industry makes people feel like they’re less than perfect, on the other end the industry looks like it’s constantly stuck in the past and nowhere near embracing new “fashion.” We live in the digital age, dear “trendsetters.” It almost seems like the industry really has no smart people to deal with “challenges.”
But, I digress. I have an account with BOF (last time I checked on my MacOS anyway), but for whatever reason the iPhone app doesn’t allow me to log in saying it’s a site for professionals. At first I thought there maybe are 2 different BOF apps, but no. There’s only one... Oh well, delete it is.

I have the free BOF membership, which allows me to read select articles via web. I can’t access ANY articles from BoFProfessional with this membership. Super disappointing. Don’t even bother unless you have the advanced membership.

Seriously still no support for X? Are you waiting for the next launch or what?

I just registered to their RSS feed and found out that most of the new articles are not showing on BoFProfessional , unless I copy paste the link on Safari and then let it redirect me to BoFProfessional . The home page simply doesn’t list them, nor any other article categories. Plus, most of the new articles listed on the RSS ferd do not require a subscription at all: why am I paying for? Finally, there is no dark mode and BoFProfessional is often blinding. All that is very upsetting. This is the last time I renew this (incredibly expensive) subscription. If you’re a professional like me, you can save the money and find better (and cheaper) options.

My memberships specifically mentions included access to BoFProfessional, yet when I log in, it says I need to upgrade my membership.

Although I'm not the member, I can still read some articles on WEBSITE. But I can not read even a WORD on BoFProfessional just because I'm not the member. I feel they do not respect their customers at all.

It’s ridiculous that at this price you don’t have iPad version, we are well in 21st century, wake up!!!!! As well it would be useful to be able to change font size for your articles.

I have a student account but it’s not letting me log in. It says authentication not verified. Perhaps I need a normal account rather than one through my school.

Oh this is god awful how dare you only make BoFProfessional for people who will pay you 30 dollars for a membership to use? Is this made for rich people or something? I was offended when a message popped up when I tried to sign in telling me it’s for members only and even when I sign up for the account it was saying it was a basic one this is absolutely disgusting to me and just wrong i have to pay just to sign in? RI-DICU-LOUS.

For news reading apps, not able to have full screen access is extremely frustrating and BoFProfessional is no exception. It takes considerably too much scrolling to read through an article which is counterproductive. Please get BoFProfessional fixed and up to date as soon as it can be - it takes way less work than reporting on a new season of fashion regardless.

As someone who reads the BoF emails, it’s frustrating to find that you can’t search and find all articles through BoFProfessional and instead have to click through email links to a browser. Additionally, there is no ability in the latest app to save articles, which was a big draw for me in previous app versions. Lastly, why doesn’t BoF careers exist within the same app?

articles are second to none but the interface is dreadful. it’s June 2018 and there’s still no iphone x support.

Please add a search button

It’s annoying when I scroll down the daily news and the slightest touch of my finger opens the article. Make it less sensitive!

Love BoF, a subscriber on its website. But please update BoFProfessional more frequently, it’s really not aesthetically pleasing when you have those black bars on top and bottom for iPhoneX...

Although the price for member is high, the quality of each article is very high! I have learned so much from BoFProfessional.

It’s been a year since the iPhone X has been out and BoFProfessional hasn’t been updated to support it.

Also, it’s cache management is terrible. When I have to switch to another app when I’m in the middle of a long article, if I go back after any decent amount of time, BoFProfessional refreshes completely. Why don’t you keep the user on the article page and update BoFProfessional content in the background?
