Fuzzy is such a great help and a nice thing to have daily access to! I live LA and even them being in San Francisco they’re such a big help for common questions and (during Fuzzy ’s working hours) alert questions to ask it’s great! I always rave to all my friends with pets about Fuzzy! Fuzzy ’s chat person is actually a vet or vet assistant, so they can give you an educated answer to you question, personally for my cats health. It’s really nice for them to be free, because I can’t afford to see the vet more than every other year. So I can ask them questions about why is my cat attacking my other cat lately or how often should I be feeding my two cats to how can I change this particular behavior. I use to ask other veterinarian questions to google but always find up in the air answers because google/articles don’t know what exact cat I have & age. They’ve really helped me when I couldn’t go to the vet about what to do when my cat had an issue that wasn’t an issue, and that saved me $70 of a vet visit of them saying that my cat’s eating half of his food habits were okay.

I downloaded Fuzzy initially because it popped up in google when I searched for a vet that was open to help me in the early hours of the morning. I have a brand new puppy and I was concerned with his health with something he ingested/had in his mouth. I received what felt like automated responses from essentially outsourced customer service reps in another country. While not actually helping me with my initial concern, it felt as though I was talking to a robot and they were trying to move the conversation away from the initial reason I chatted them. They expanded on things that aren’t a concern or relevant. It definitely felt there was a major language barrier. On top of that, I also received a copy and pasted response in the middle of a conversation that looked as if it was sent to someone else. It was also poorly written and had many typos. I do not recommend Fuzzy because you can’t trust who is helping you. They don’t care about helping you, it’s just another manufactured customer service app churning out responses as fast as possible. If you are inept and don’t know how to use google, and know absolutely nothing about animals, then sure, Fuzzy might be minimally helpful to you. Otherwise stay away.

this app is by far the best vet experience I've ever had!! I was unhappy with my cat Thea's original veterinary and was referred to this app by a coworker. And it's been nothing but a brilliant experience! Her vet team was patient and kind during her first visit! They took the time to play with her in between vaccinations and procedures, and they seemed to genuinely care for her! It is just such a well run and executed service! If you message them they response extremely quick! I think the longest wait for a response was 5 minutes!! It's basically having a knowledgeable, professional vet in your pocket! Such a great service and I'd recommend it to anyone with a pet! In my opinion it's harder finding a vet comfortable with cats over dogs, and this app was amazing with my kitty! She can be feisty but they gave her treats and snuggles to the point where I don't even think she knew it was a vet visit haha! 12/10 would recommend them!!

Just found this tonight and so far have received the best care, time, and friendly advice! My cat and I have ordered something tonight to try. We are really hoping it comes very soon for relief from fleas! They said it is oral, so I don’t know if it is a liquid or a treat, so I hope it is a tasty treat for kitty! 😻 I am just happy for the discount, and the same medicine I have used in the past that cost me much more and I trust and know works extremely well! I have a very nervous kitty, and also got some very sound advice for this and a recommendation for another product of aromatherapy to help him which I think I may try soon, too. I first discover this app through a special promotion they had on flea meds, I was curious to see if for 9.95 a month the flea meds actually work. They worked great on my pet to keep the fleas off for 30 days. The best part about this app is they actually care about your pet. They have a option on their app where you can chat with a vet and my dog has been sick and on top of being sick, she is 13 and was pregnant. I need emergency advice and they was right their to coach me through what needed to be done. I am so thankful for an app like this cause they have really helped a lot with my pet. They ship the flea meds once a month and it’s automatically took off my card so I don’t have to type in my info every month and flea meds arrive same time every month. This is the best

Used to be good now you have to go through one customer support person before getting to a vet. The customer “support” person gives misleading info to get your hopes up then won’t connect you then makes personal accusations and lets you know that they have all your personal info (vaguely threatening). Won’t transfer you to another associate or a manager. When you ask for help they fixate on personal grudges . I was mad they tried to upsell me with lies and falsely giving me hope I could connect with a vet like normal all when I was worried about my pet so Yes I used a rude (not profane) phrase and they continued to focus on that rather than moving on and helping with my issue and accused me of using profanities when I did not. Yes I was rude but I was very annoyed and I don’t know what to say..: I would be more apologetic if the customer support person was more professional and helpful rather than trying to fixate on personal arguments and prolong them..: Yikes!!!

This group is incredible. When I signed up I sent profiles of all my cats with history. The Vets or Vet assistants are available 24/7, and when I call I have a very short wait while the vets review my cat’s history and any previous chats we have had about the cat. They give however much time I need with professional advice tailored to that particular cat’s needs, and lots of compassion and support. I’m having a difficult time right now as one cat is probably nearing the end of his life and, if they don’t hear from me, they text and ask how my baby is doing and reminding me that they are there for me and my cats. I couldn’t be more grateful to have them them there for me and my precious kitties.

I was dog sitting and unfortunately the dog got into a few things that he shouldn’t have, I was ready to rush him to the hospital but upon googling animal hospital Fuzzy popped up first and I decided to try this initially. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to talk to a professional and they were able to give me enough information and potential symptoms/warning signs to monitor. I was given enough information and reassurance to avoid a 2am visit to the animal hospital. They even reached out the next day to make sure no symptoms were present. Whenever I get a pet myself, Fuzzy will be a must have! 10/10

i love Fuzzy. online veterinarian assistance is always available when i need it. they are super kind and i feel like they actually care about my pup instead of always pushing “Take them to the vet” for anything. Although her Veterinarian doesn’t show when i try to request her medical records, I understand that may not be at Fuzzy developers control. They have helpful articles by Dr’s themselves and you can chat with their team with any questions. They don’t charge to chat with them either which is one of my number one reasons why i love Fuzzy so much.

Today I was in need of finding quick veterinary care and stumbled upon this lovely app. For all those “free” veterinary chats that you may be trying get in contact with; don’t waste your time. This is the one and only place that does in fact offer free help for your animals. They are so kind, helpful and always check up on your pets issue that you asked them about. The as well offer some dosing’s for example a Benadryl for my dog when he had an allergic reaction and gave the specific increments that were to be used before I was able to get him to the vet. Fuzzy is so professional and will forever be my favorite.

First session I had was great! In fact I was all prepared to subscribe for the year until the second session when they informed me they will no longer be discussing my pets treatment because she IS ALREADY IN THE CARE OF A VET and therefore, they won’t be discussing anything regarding treatment.

I was looking for another brain to pick so I could better advocate for my pet’s care. I asked them what we could discuss if not regarding the care of a pet, they said only general advice. Save your money because researching on the internet and reaching out to support groups such as “canine kidney disease”, you could easily find better informed experts who could guide you better. These support groups also have experienced pet parents who have a wealth of information to share!

I was told it was a 1 minute wait, then continued to wait for 2 hrs. I had sent IN DETAIL all the information regarding my cat, including photos. When I FINALLY got a response, they just kept asking questions I had already answered. A lot of people on the comments have had trouble unsubscribing, so here’s how to do it: on the top left corner of the screen there’s a white circle with 3 green lines, click that to open the pet profiles, click on setting (on the bottom), it’ll take you to a page that allows you to manage membership. CANCEL IT. this is absolutely not worth anyones time, it’s more frustrating than anything especially because you will not gain anything of substance, nor will they actually READ what you sent them (you’ll just get generic responses). Again: TERRIBLE

I have never been through a cancelation process as difficult as is this. They say you can cancel anytime time but there is zero ways to manage a subscription through the site or app. They also provide a link to cancel in the questions and answers form on their website, this link will lead to an update payment page and not a cancelation page. There is also no number to contact them just an email and their chat in Fuzzy . 5 stars for being a deceptive company that’s in it solely for profit and not your pets health.

At first I was a little annoyed because it took some time to speak to a vet. I figured it wasn’t a legit app since it was my first time using it. So I hung up the chat. But when I checked my email I saw the vet wrote they were sorry and that the condition my cat had sounds like it can be treated at home. I went back on Fuzzy and spoke to a vet and they were amazing. I know, first world problems! But was super happy I was able to speak to a vet at 11pm without having to spend hundreds of dollars at the emergency room. Would totally recommend Fuzzy! Joelle

Found Fuzzy through a friend and it has saved me a ton of stress and money. It’s well-worth having for all those times you aren’t sure of what to do, but you also aren’t sure if it’s worth a trip to the vet. I got to video chat with a vet in the middle of the night on a weekend. That after-hours ER trip would have been a long drive and hundreds of dollars. Instead, I got to take care of my dog in the comfort of my own home without the stress of a car ride or a vet trip. I can’t say enough good things about it!

The vet support reps are amazing! They are so helpful in telling me when to be concerned about my dog Carson and when to keep monitoring him. I appreciate their help and kindness so much. They are always available 24/7 and you’re connected to a veterinary nurse within about 30 seconds. I would have wasted hundreds of dollars running Carson to the vet a zillion times when I could just talk with them and get advice and information. I haven’t used any of the other features but the chat with a vet nurse is worth every penny!

Beware! I am currently having problems with this service. I signed up two of my pets for flea treatments. I received seven duplicate emails with two orders of flea med @$9.95 a piece. I was very alarmed and had to open the chat to alert them. The rep said they were having issues and to disregard. It was the free introductory and I planned to add my other animals after trying this new flea spot treatment. The meds arrived but I have no way to view or manage their subscriptions. I cant even cancel if I wanted to. It doesn't have a way to see your payment method to change or remove it. My credit card is held hostage and so are my ties to the subscription. Needless to say I wont be adding my other pets. I left a message in the chat window via Fuzzy but have to wait until they are “open” to get their response. AVOID!

Fuzzy it’s truly an amazing app. Not only the reason of it being free but the help that you receive from the vets is truly remarkable. They also answer your questions and concerns super quick which is helpful to a pet owner that gets worried about her pets potential illness. What made me love Fuzzy even more is how they truly care for the animal. They responded to me asking if it is okay for them to reach out to me tomorrow to ask how my dog is doing. They go above and beyond for there users and I will make sure to share this with all my friends that have pets.

This is a great app. My cat had eye discharge and sneezing. So, I consulted the people on Fuzzy. Told me to buy Lysine and new bowls and some other things to help her immune system. In one day, my cat is different. Happy and healthier. I didn’t have to leave my house to see a doctor and pay something I couldn’t afford. When I saw a doctor in the past, they told me to buy this expensive eye cream that did nothing for my cat. The stuff recommended by the vet tech yesterday worked immediately. Highly recommend.

Fuzzy was so helpful when my dog Tycho got bitten by another dog. I could message licensed professionals for there advice. The issue was I couldn't leave Fuzzy without having to gothrough the conversation prompt with my vet in order to pick up where we left off.

If many of you are pet owners like myself, you all know that your animals can get themselves into trouble occasionally! Maybe you’re worried about a cough or a wound or anything. Maybe you just have a peculiar question like “why does my cat run in circles chasing her tail?” No matter what, this app is there. They are almost ALWAYS open for questions and always so polite when answering them. It’s clear they are not money motivated and really care about your pets and their wellbeing. Every person composing of Fuzzy is wonderful and Fuzzy deserves every 5 star rating it gets. I never leave reviews but here I am. I get major anxiety on google about all of the things my pets may be experiencing. Talking to a vet professional and getting their honest opinion on if things are emergencies or not is lifesaving. Kudos to you this app and thank you for caring for our animals!

I used this service to have flea prevention medication delivered to my home each month. Everything was great at first, but I started running into problems when my puppy grew past 45 lbs and I needed a higher dosage for him. Even when they assured me that the next treatment would be the correct dosage, they still sent me the wrong one, and they still didn’t change his weight in Fuzzy . They also kept sending me random medications that I didn’t order or pay for, which was kind of confusing. In theory this could be a great service, but I think they have some logistics issues to work through.

No seriously!! Between the cost effectiveness, convenience and the QUALITY OF STAFF I am just BLOWN AWAY!!! There is no “breed prejudice”, the vets were patient with my family as well as my animal. My animal HATED the vet and all of that changed. this app vets made my pet comfortable, provided informative talk time to ensure we were comfortable with the course of care and my dog is over the moon for those two ladies. Thank you this app for creating such an incredible service. Where have you been all my life?!?!?

Little to no notice before cancelled appointments, appointments made at random times without any input from members, poor to zero response on chat in Fuzzy and no response to their phone line. Regardless of how good their vets may be, this has to be the single worst app and scheduling and customer service experience I have ever seen. Honestly these founders should be ashamed of themselves to be setting false expectations for let owners of getting care and delaying care when owners could be going to dependable services. They seem to be putting dollars ahead of pet health. Suggest you do a real QA of your experience and assess the risk you put pet owners at with your delayed and very very poor experience.

this app makes pet ownership exponentially more simple. Pre-this app, if I sensed something wrong with my dog and if it was after hours, I’d go straight to the ER and get him checked out to ensure he was okay. Lots of $$ later, I realized nearly all were unnecessary. With this app, if I have any concerns, I simply get on Fuzzy and chat with a vet. Since I joined this app, I’ve avoided the ER and had vet expertise right at my fingertips whenever I need it. Love this!

I am so impress with Fuzzy. 98% of the times, these apps are not really 1:1, and it’s “robot” based. In Fuzzy, you’re doing an online live chat with a vet or vet/nurse. They are so professional, and will get back to you within seconds-minutes, depending on their opening time. My cat is recently going through something serious, and the nurse literally told me that she has passed my issue to the ESCALATING VET TEAM, and wait for their response. Love it.

My dog is afraid of going to the vet, so the patience of the this app vets and the convenience of in home visits hit it out of the park for me. Included in my membership are all of her monthly preventative meds, shipped to me with no effort. I don’t even have to remember when I gave her last dose, since they are delivered on a schedule. You can also chat with the vets and they are super reassuring. You will save money with this app.
