Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Alef app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Alef app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Alef app on iPhone
Update Alef app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Alef iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Alef on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Alef network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Alef app issues:

Force Stop the Alef App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Alef app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Alef to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Alef App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Alef app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Alef.

Fix Alef unable to contact server/ Alef internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Alef » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Alef » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Alef on android.
