Needs finishing

App is a good start. Crashed the first time I switched to A gates. glitchy overall, lots of scene switching issues. Love the directions to the dining areas.

The most important thing for me downloading flySEA : every dining place has different hours and there is no central location to view them or maybe a way to filter out things that are already closed. Going into every individual dining location to look for posted hours is what’s required currently.

It’s a good way to get around the airport

It does great at directing to the destination inside the airport but be aware that it is not accurate about the time. It’s showing 34 mins to get to a gate which I made it in 10-15 mins and it looked like someone in general boarding would get there in an hour. But this is just a caveat. It works well.

By

Inaccurate

I downloaded flySEA because you’re supposed to see approximate wait times for security lines and they said it’s taking about 30 minutes to get through security but it took closer to 2 hours. There were many people missing their flights.

No traffic info

My airline apps give info on flights. I need AIRPORT specific info and flySEA is lacking. Dropping off or picking up can take a few minutes to an hour or more. Sometimes the cell phone lot is full. Sometimes one parking bay is a better bet. Construction causes all kinds of traffic delays. Please give us traffic and parking lot info.

TSA Wait Times???

I got flySEA exclusively for TSA wait times and it’s nowhere to be found... or so buried that I haven’t discovered it yet. flySEA is clunky and requires many taps to go back to the home screen, none of which are intuitive. If you’re visiting Sea-Tac for the first time and have no idea where you’re going, this could be useful. If you visit here regularly, avoid flySEA and look for something different.

Wait times completely made up

15 minutes? Ha!!!

Not even close. Took over 30 at 10pm.

Not accurate security wait times

Not accurate security wait times. App said <5 mins, while in actuality line was over hour long. Did Clear to try and speed it up and still waited over 30mins while app kept saying <5mins throughout the entire hour.

Fixed crashing

Fixed crashing issue. Works fine now.

Never updated

App is never updated with the current shops and restaurants. There’s several spots in N gates that have been there for months which are still not in flySEA . Also you can’t search for locations in the map. Pretty terrible for a navigation app.

Don’t trust checkpoint wait times.

Checkpoint wait times are WRONG. App said 30-45 mins for the longest lines, husband just missed his flight due to 90 minute wait in security lines. That feature was the main reason I got flySEA.

By

Not even accurate

Cant imagine how this is a seatac app... i am sitting at my gate where it clearly says i am an hour and ten minutes late... flySEA still says on time. The flight has been delayed for over an hour. Dont your storage on your device.

By

Almost missed my flight today

flySEA was showing the wrong terminal and gate A7 instead of B1 and it never got updated. Luckily I was tracking my flight on the Airline App which showed the correct info.

By

Looks nice but doesn’t work

Please make security line wait times available on web. That was the key reason for installing flySEA and it doesn’t provide that info. Therefor flySEA is useless.

By

Completely useless

I am unable to add a flight to track which is the reason I downloaded flySEA

The LinkedIn link inside of the app goes to a wrong page

Inside of flySEA , there are links to Port of Seattle’s social media. These are working links to accounts specific to Port of Seattle, like the YouTube channel, or specific to SeaTac, like the Twitter account.

They all work except for the LinkedIn icon - that simply goes to a “page not found” error message on the LinkedIn website. Please fix this, as there is a working Port of Seattle LinkedIn page. Thank you!

NOT accurate!

What says >5 min or 20-25 min is triple time. Think they consider going thru the conveyer belt and scanning system the time going thru security, instead of the line that starts in the parking garage.

By

Incorrect parking rates.

Precooked parking rates listed in flySEA are incorrect. Weekly parking is $9 more per week on the website vs app. Notified the port six weeks ago but it’s still incorrect.

Crashes with iOS 12 + iPhone X

When you select any retail shop in “where is” section, it immediately crashes. Unusable.

By

App crashes anytime you click on a header

App crashes anytime you click on a header, like on Food in the Happening now section

By

Bad data

App is useless if security line info is wrong, as it has been my last 2 visits. Uninstalled.
