Judging from the structure of AtlantaUnited , it looks like they made changes to integrate better with Ticketmaster? That one thing seems to work better or at least the same as before. Everything else I’ve tried in the new app is worse. And the one big problem with old app, not being able to see the lineup once the game is in-progress, didn’t get fixed. In fact I’m not sure you could see the lineup in AtlantaUnited at all, even before the game started.
Also, really would be better if you let me transfer tickets from apple wallet directly to other people using Apple Wallet.

I am not sure what level of QA this new version of AtlantaUnited went thru, if any at all?
The old app from last season worked great, so I downloaded the update expecting some new functionality, when it first opened it was slow and not a great experience. I thought that I would leave it for a few days, and I tried again today, all I get is a white screen. Just to be sure it’s not just my phone, my wife tried hers as well, another white screen.
We have come to expect great things from Atlanta United, and unfortunately AtlantaUnited is not one of them.

Not sure if it’s because I have an iPhone XS but when I turn my phone sideways to watch a video, the screen goes black every time... pretty annoying to only be able to watch in portrait when the video itself is landscape.

I can login to my account via desktop, I can login to my TM. Can I log in to my TM account through the ATLUTD app? Noooooooope. It’s trash. Happens every year, and every year there is a new way it’s fixed. No tech support for either.

With that said the only MVP feature is syncing TM and ATLUTD accounts to access tickets on game day. This always must work! If you can’t do that there is no need for AtlantaUnited ! It not an engagement platform, its a marketing vehicle.

5 Stars because of how much I enjoy it. But lately it developed a bug that causes it to suddenly scroll to the top of the page when you try to play videos. Please fix!!!!

The update finally worked several hours later.

I have no idea what the idea was for the 2020 season update (3.0), but the navigation is among the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s impossible to find basic info. And if you happen to find it, you can’t necessarily go back. There’s a scrolling roster banner, but the pics don’t link to player info. The previous version was light-years better—a major downgrade.

What’s the point of having the Mercedes Benz app integrated into the ATLUTD app if I have to sign in to the Mercedes Benz section every time to see my parking pass? It’s only slightly more convenient than opening the Mercedes Benz app and signing in every single time. 🤷🏼‍♀️

AtlantaUnited constantly fails to work at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling works for a while, but eventually it goes back to saying it cannot connect and keeps repeating that no matter how many times I hit the reload button. Mind you this is on the initial launch of AtlantaUnited ! Can’t get past the splashscreen! Really poorly done.

I gave AtlantaUnited one extra star cause the latest update stop turning off the sound but the volume of the sound still goes down by quite a bit. Haven’t actually used AtlantaUnited yet to see if functionality is any better.

This may be the worst app I have personally experienced. Every time I have to delete AtlantaUnited and reload it because it tells me it can’t connect to the Internet with my Internet works fine and all of my other apps are functional. It tells me to reload but that doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

Love the club, live the team, love the stadium

App doesn’t represent the excellence of the club. Slow to open, unusable on slow connections. Poor content updates, always late, and some things don’t ever show up in AtlantaUnited that are in other channels or sites

Please rebuild during the enforced break

two years wlthout a working app. Last years app wouldn't load because it kept tellling me to connect to a cellular or wi fi network (which i always am). This years app won't load either. I get a grey screen that says “loading configuration” and nothing. This is really poor development.

On the home screen that has “latest” “articles” “videos” and “photos” none of them work. The realist of AtlantaUnited is great but sometimes slow

If I was the developer, I’d be concerned for my job. Majority of the time AtlantaUnited is not working. I’m surprised when I can watch a video, read an article on or enjoy the podcast. Can someone get serious about the functionality, so us ticket holders can enjoy the greatest of our team?

This current iteration of AtlantaUnited is a step backwards. AtlantaUnited often times opens and never displays any content in any of the menu areas. Getting it to work is frustrating. I hope the developers consider reverting.

Seems to just mirror the mls app. Also match day should have more about the match itself and not just for people in the stadium. Play by play maybe. Time left. Simple things would be great. It’s ok.

This happened 30 minutes before a game recently, with swarms people stuck outside the gates not able to access their tickets. This is inexcusable. With the amount of money that Ticket Master and ATL United have at their disposal, this is absolutely ridiculous.

This started happening recently. Maybe it’s the iPhone X.

Articles freeze, better off using safari or a web browser to view those pieces.

Positives:

Ticket transfer and selling is super easy.

Atlanta United is the best.

I didn’t have a park mobile account tried making one all it says is “an error occurred.”
Went to park mobiles site created account went into app to sign in “an error occurred.”

Not only am i a season ticket holder but a Founder’s Club member so i am at home every game since day 1. That being said, the Order Ahead online ordering feature for concessions has NEVER worked, even though there is free wi-fi in Mercedes-Benz Stadium. What gives? Why have an app feature if you are never going to let it be available for use? And I have sent several emails asking about this and have gotten ZERO response.

You spent all this money on updating AtlantaUnited and didn’t take into consideration the formatting for an IPad. How do you think fans will watch streamed events. Fix AtlantaUnited back, at least the old one worked. The other changes are just okay.

Crashes when opens, is slow to load, and freezes, so you have to force close. Liked the last app layout and UX/UI better.

Go ATL! AtlantaUnited is extremely glitchy. Won’t open 20% of the time. Lucky for me it hasn’t happened on game day...yet. Print your tickets or wear your season pass card.

AtlantaUnited stopped working completely after the last update. Useless blank screen instead of new and improved.

I think AtlantaUnited is great at getting me the info I'm concerned with and allowing me an easy way to manage my season tickets. The only thing I would want is a real iPad version.

Updated AtlantaUnited and all I’m getting is a white screen. Forced quit AtlantaUnited , hard restarted my phone, still all white. on iOS.

App always crashes when i try to get mobile tickets. Can someone help? Updated app and still same issue. Thx
