Very disappointed. I should have returned it when I bought it. I bought it two months ago, just gave it to my kids for Christmas though.
Very disappointed. Toybox is bad, after you print one sample the printer keeps loading errors for the second printout. It seems that it cant handle multiple jobs in the same day.
Also Toybox , seriously? Keeps crashing or you cant go nowhere when you try the custom section.
Another worthless purchase, go out there, get a regular cheap 3D printer without all this branding, you will be paying less and able to print multiple jobs in a row.
One ⭐️ rating for app and one ⭐️ rating for printer!!
Also, all of the sudden Im looking at the reviews and 50% of them were made on the same day all for 5 stars ratings? Seems weird to me, probably tampered.

Well, my printer worked for the first 6 months of having it. Then it started having problems. And now, after having it for less then a year I can not print anything!!!! The worst costumer service too!! I asked them for help on fixing the printer and they gave me the generic response of reset it or calibrate it. WHICH I HAVE DONE BOTH!!! Then they offer me a free roll of printer food to help!!!!! THAT WONT FIX MY PRINTER!! Also, you can only return it within the first 6 months!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY FIX A 3D PRINTER WHEN IT BREAKS FOR THE 1,000th TIME

This product is definitely five star fun, but the fun part has been short lived. The first printer stopped working after two days despite hours of calibration and trouble shooting. The company had quick and excellent customer service and was able to send out a new machine. The new machine arrived today, and the power connection in the back was broken. I’m waiting on a response now. Hopefully they are able to send out another fully functional device. Third times a charm?

Toybox mostly works well. Some pages crash when trying to view “collections”. this app, please send a consistently working machine, this wasn’t cheap!

Connection bad first day, but for a week worked right. Once the printers were updated I’ve been having trouble getting connected again. The actual printer is so cool! Printed 76 things in 1 week! I would recommend this product.

I really love using it… when it works! Very frustrating most of the time. I follow the instructions, but it still won’t work. At first I thought this wouldn’t be a huge issue; It is. Please fix Toybox and make it easier to use. Thank you!

So my 3d printer works really really well and the first week I made around 50 prints. Then, Toybox started glitching SO MUCH! Anytime I tried to print something, it would say ‘Sorry, not logged in. Log in to print (enter name of print here)’. Now you might be thinking ‘Oh well, logging in once a day won’t kill you!’ It happens 8ish times per hour. Fix it this app. Please. It was a good app, but now it’s plain bad. I can barely print ANYTHING!

Using it on a 2020 iPad Pro and the experience is miserable. Toybox is lagging a lot. Sometimes the printer gets disconnected, other times Toybox is just simply unresponsive. Don’t even get me started on the edit and create capabilities.. many times the models just need small adjustments but doing so with precision is nearly impossible. Lots of promise but Toybox needs a lot of work. Maybe a more capable desktop app would be more useful than the tablet version

Thank you for fixing most of the problems! My prints are coming out better and I am very pleased about that. Something that just happened to me was when I was trying to print something it was warmjng up to print. It was like 10 minutes and then j start to smell something bad. I looked at my printer and there is smoke coming off! I quickly go over to it and unplug it. Overall I love the printer and I love it a lot! (A fire did not start)

This is cool but also annoying and frustrating. Every so often it suddenly says I’m not connected and I have to restart everything. Then out of the blue I am connected, then not connected etc. Also, after printing when it asks how’s your toy, I select the smiley face and everytime it comes up as the frown face. If these bugs could be fixed that would be great!

My printer and my iPad disconnected,again. This is the I would say fourth time my printer and this app app Refused to connect to the internet. And yes I tried to manually type in our Wifi name and password but it kept saying it was incorrect. After checking many times confirming it was correct. But it’s an ok app with it’s occasional hiccups but still, 3-4 casualties! And I got my printer in June of 2020 and it is currently November of 2020! this app if you could fix this that would be amazing.

It's a very good app and awesome things to print but now when my device turns off I sign out of my account. I don't know what happened but it now does that (‘◇’)?. I also wish that more pokemon stuff were there and also that the video game section would actually load instead of saying "there's nothing here create one!" but other than that stuff ur pretty awesome :3 ●´∀｀)ノ♡

Toybox is great and so fun to use and I love to print stuff. And it is very easy to use and kid friendly me and my dad enjoy making stuff together but the thing is Toybox makes me sign in like every time I go into Toybox so please fix these so we can all enjoy it!

I have not gotten my printer yet but I am super excited about the concept and how easy it looks to use. I downloaded Toybox prior to getting my printer so I could see all of the possibilities but anytime I try to search Toybox will close automatically. Hopefully this issue will be resolved before my printer comes! VERY EXCOTED THOUGH!

this app is amazing. It really opened up my my sons creative mind. He looks forward to the play pack set each month.

Inside Toybox the liked toys interface (after the 1.11.1 update) no longer paginates correctly. It keeps loading the initial liked items over and over again. Eventually it just goes white. Please fix so that we can get back to liked toys to print.

I was designing a bead for my friend and I needed to undo something. But instead of pressing the undo button, I accidentally pressed the clear button. It deleted all my work and I couldn’t get it back because there isn’t a redo button. Please add one! I’m really sad! :c

This is a great app, for a gray toy, but could use some improvements. To start with they could add a timer to the LCD screen on the machine itself, should be an easy update. Toybox also seems to crash a lot and the printer loses the Wi-Fi connection. My son has a lot of fun with this and enjoys making things. The create feature is really cool and several pictures/logos we have created came out great too!

I love this! I got the printer for my birthday last year. But then Toybox got a update you now have to buy coin things and pay for special toys why!!!! You all ready hav to pay for the 3D printer which is like 347 dollars!!! But there are lots free ones over all amazing

I love Toybox I just got a 3D printer and I’ve been making so many great things with it! It is great and very easy to change the food, print things, and more! I have spent hours every day making things and continuing my collection of 3D toys! My parents love it too, because I have been spending less time watching tv all day and more time relaxing and printing stuff. One small thing… I love it but sometimes when I try to print stuff it doesn’t work and when I try again and again and again it still doesn’t work and it seems like it will never work! Please fix this so I can have fun and print EVERYTHING!!!!!!

This this app machine is amazing not only can my 10-year-old daughter use this all by herself It’s such a fun experience Setting the toy box up was so easy there is so many options to print !Me and my daughter can’t keep our hands off of this I would totally recommend this

I got this as a Christmas present not too long ago, and it works flawlessly. The only thing I would request is that there should be a print agian button on the screen on the printer itself.

Super fun and a very wide variety of toys to choose from! I recommend using Tinkercad to learn how to make your own 3D-printable items. You can upload your creations from Tinkercad to this app to 3D print them on your printer! Overall, I love the printer and Toybox ! Thanks!

I like how it’s easy to make stuff all u do is make something or choose something. When u have something chosen choose a color then hit print me. When it’s done you let it cool down then you play with it, use it, oruse it as decoration

Toybox works great. It connects well with my printer, and I’ve printed out many amazing things! When it tries to make files smaller, it usually crashes, though. Other then that it’s amazing!!

If I make a toy I know it’s gonna be awesome I’m saying this because who is this will be as good as the ones you can buy at the store I highly recommend the fidget cube I print out one for every member of my family and they all love it and are asking for it in different varieties of colors

This is a Awesome creation! I have 201 prints! But I don’t think the this app plus benefits is a good rule. Because with all the other apps are free. I also don’t like how you can’t draw in 3D. But anyways I like that mostly Nothing or everything doesn’t cost bolts anymore. Keep up the good work!!!

Our 8 & 13 yr old girls received this printer for Christmas. We have had a great time printing many things. The girls really love printing the mystery eggs. This printer is really good for an entry level plug and play printer. We have had to calibrate it a few times but. Overall no real issues. Also the printer food is so fun. We have the type that is color changing with temp and they love it!

My 12 and 8 year old received this as a present. They went from opening the box to printing in 15 minutes. Now they print and change reels without my assistance.

Never in my life have I seen a 3d printer that is so easy to use. It takes 3 taps on the iPad screen to print something. The base bad is magnetic and flexible which makes removal of your printed object super easy. The manufacturer really did An amazing job making this kid friendly.

12 year old is already asking about CAD and importing objects. We’ve only had it for a day, but 5 stars all the way!!

When I try to request a refund for certain things like the “Gilbert the brave” it say failed to load please try again but when I try again it doesn’t work so could you try to fix this I want my bolts back I’m also in the top percentile of all toyboxers so I just wanted to share that thank you

So when I was just playing a game while I was printing something ps it was a floppy dude lol I got sooooo mad but when it was done I felt better but some changes can you please put creator space on the iPad and iPhone because i don’t want go on the computer every time I want to thanks for understanding 😊😊😊

We bought the 3D printer Dec 2024. Worked great...until it stopped working 6 months after. I reached out to customer service via email (they do not have a customer service phone number) and received a generic "troubleshooting email" telling me to recalibrate & print a test. Thinking the problems would be solved on a reasonable timeframe - we invested more money in printer food, kits, etc. for Christmas 2025. I had to search around to try to find instructions (they did not reach back out via email, i had to keep reopening tickets) with no responses. After doing everything they suggested machine still did not work. Its been 6 months and issue is still unresolved. I would not buy this again. Its a waste of money and time.
