Example: What do you think I've been doing? This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Wow! They really are not organized very well. Now, of course, they won't refund my purchase directly. More hoops...Now thru Apple..Ugh!
I, along with many others apparently, or having many issues with these game house games lately. I too, just as Amrns's review below, cannot get my single game Sweet Revenge to unlock. I have tried it all, same as they have, with no luck. Fine, I'll accept a refund.
HOWEVER, what is particularly frustrating and disappointing, is the level of customer service by this app. It's as if they don't even read our messages and just keep sending generic instructions. this app, either fix your issues or give up this, so far, failure of a business model & go back to the old ways. Never had any problems back then.
P.S. - It's ridiculous to have to jump through hoops to unlock a simple purchase. Although, I have to say, when "My game won't unlock" seems to be lengthy in FAQs, I had a feeling this was an issue.
