How to fix FINA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FINA app on iPhone
Update FINA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FINA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FINA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FINA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix FINA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FINA app issues:

Force Stop the FINA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FINA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FINA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FINA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FINA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FINA.

Fix FINA unable to contact server/ FINA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FINA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FINA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FINA on android.
