Summary of NCHC.tv Problems 🔥

- The video keeps losing the feed and frequently I have to reconnect.

- The notifications keep coming even with notifications for the app turned off.

- It's absurd how much the service costs compared to similar platforms for other schools/programs.

- The app won't even let me log in.

- It only works when you first open it and if you want to use the app and have it load content and not be a white screen you have to reboot the iPad.

- Faulty app that needs work.

I am logged into the app with my account. When I click on any video to play, nothing happens. The video screen stays blank and the play button seems to be inactive.
