Sometimes I’m able to use the functionality of the end button. Other times I have to force quit the app. Sometimes speaker phone functionality is grayed out. The notification accuracy is TERRIBLE. I’ll have a text or missed call and there’ll be no badge indication on iOS but once I open the app the badge appears with all these missed texts which realistically are sales. Literally the worst. JustCall, an app that functions as a phone should not be terribly difficult to do things that we’ve been doing since Nokia was around. Please update this garbage. And please release a safari extension. Cross platform please!

Horrible, while the mobile app is better than the desktop app, it still crashes all the time or my calls fail immediately after dialing. My everyday work is judged by my boss based upon how many calls I do per day, and JustCall doesn’t record many of the dials I make. So disappointing, this is the worst sales tool I have ever used

Wow, cool new logo! Same horrible app that has countless usability issues. Can’t see which text messages have not been read. You’d think voicemail would be somewhere under Messages, but neeeope. Far from a decent app. Text templates are whatever. Need auto-suggest in contacts search.
Our salespeople refuse to use JustCall.
Happy to do user testing with them if they ever reached out.
