Website wasn't any better.
days of ticket service down when trying to make reservation. Took a diff browser diff credit card and diff garage to work. When trying to pick up car spent 20 min and still didn't show as paid. Only reason I got my car back was that attendant didn't want to make me wait so long so late at night.
Also was told when I was having issues tech team would look into it and get back to me (gave info). 2 days later and nothing
Also I'll mention the nearly 30 pending charges on my credit card from I think when I was trying to make a reservation which hopefully won't turn to paid

I’ve only used this once and it was so horrible, I’m deleting immediately. We booked a spot in NYC (Times Square), arrived on time and got on line behind other cars waiting to get in. After 15 minutes, we asked if we should be waiting since we had a reservation. They told us everyone had a reservation, we needed to wait. We waited another 15 minutes. No one had moved. The attendant then admitted that they have no spots and booking doesn’t actually mean anything! We left, now late and furious. Never again. I just hope I can get my money back!

IconGO is very convenient it finds me very quickly the parking garage you need and then let’s you boo on IconGO and pay and reserve a spot. It’s very cool and best of all you get great discounts. Also if you don’t want to book before hand you can get a coupon for a good deal. Very good app

It’s a hassle to book spikes for a one week. Because of warnings of duplicate bookings. So I often have to go back-and-forth , reserve the spot try to pay again and again for the same day
Also, why can I not book a spot for Monday through Friday- ( A weekly ) ??????

Always taken care of with a smile by great staff whether I park at my Monthly Location on E 38th (between 2nd and 1st Ave) or I use a different location. Many thanks to Manager Richard for outstanding service as I have been parking there for 22 years. Thanks Icon!

IconGO is useless if you want to find an Icon Garage. If you input a location, it puts you at 42nd St, whether you want to be there or not. If you move the map to your general location it changes location as soon as you try to get garage information. Every time you try to access the garages, it changes your arrival and departure times. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Icon, get your money back from the fool who designed IconGO , you have been ripped off!

Used IconGO for over a year as the garage by my job I can only use the icon go. For some reason over the last month it has become Icon No. All garages in my work area connected with Icon when I try to book are shown as fully booked ( & we are talking 10-15 different garages). When I called the number on IconGO staff was extremely unhelpful.

On iPhone X with latest OS X: app buttons do not respond to touch.

I’ve tried all major nyc parking apps and found this one to be the easiest to use. Easy to save prior locations to navigate to in the future and save promo codes to get discounts on parking. Definitely recommend.

I was switched to IconGO and it clearly does not work correctly it continually tells me the coupon has already been saved and then it has cost me paying full price on three different occasions. It’s so frustrating I am getting to the point where I will just refuse to park in any garage that uses this application

I love the new and improved version! I was able to navigate it really easily and like the new interface!

I’m not sure why other users are composing. Worked fine for me. Rates could be better.

Do not use this garage! We had to wait half hour to use coupon! Never had this problem! Said we have to activate half an hour prior to use! What?? I have icon app and have never had this problem!! Employees are miserable ! Will NOT be using this garage again! Maybe not icon again!

IconGO is terrific. Very user friendly and easy to find the closest parking locations every time!

The coupons that is downloaded is not valid I tried on two different places and they won’t accept the coupons and it comes up as invalid

I have tried to get a coupon for East 32streetbut can only get the coupon for 151 east 31 street. I have tried many times with no success. IconGO doesn’t work well.

One of worst bits of software which makes doing anything with frustratingly almost impossible. Get a better developer!

It’s a terrible app. Tried for 10 minutes to get the “ecoupon” and when I finally did it turns out it was for the garage across the street. I know I selected the right one. My father in law was standing next to me when I did it. Of course the garage refused to take the coupon.

The only address IconGO would accept was Times Square- the default location that was set in the search bar when I opened IconGO . I kept trying to type in another location, but it kept going back to Times Square! Spot Hero is MUCH BETTER!!!

This new app is NOT GOOD!-compared to its previous iteration! Can’t book a spot & get a coupon...for some reason it won’t send a coupon to me- plug in an address & for some reason gives me a different location- was using the old app for yrs - NEVER had a problem🤔 fit it!!!

They have the worst worst customer service. If you ever have an issue, they will not help at all. Spot hero, if there is an issue, they run to help! Jennifer Garcia the supervisor, is the worst of all. Usually you get to the supervisor and there’s something they can do. Nothing, nothing at all.

When using an app for creating a discount coupon, to require that the coupon be printed on paper to redeem your car is the stupidest, most illogical, bad business practice chlorine I will surely delete IconGO and look for a better parking app for New York City.
