How to fix DrFame app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DrFame app on iPhone
Update DrFame app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DrFame iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DrFame on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DrFame network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix DrFame not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DrFame app issues:

Force Stop the DrFame App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DrFame app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DrFame to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DrFame App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DrFame app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DrFame.

Fix DrFame unable to contact server/ DrFame internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DrFame » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DrFame » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DrFame on android.
