Overall there have been great strides with this Citrix wrapped secure email and calendar app. Importing your mobile calendar is helpful but because most of us use the native smart phone email and calendar clients, it’s still a clunky process. At least you can iCal and Outlook events all in one place.

One recurring issue I’ve experienced, especially on longer emails is the tendency for sudden and random navigation mishaps to occur on a screen. I’m typing here and suddenly I’m somewhere else. Or I’m editing some text and suddenly I’m somewhere completely different. I guess I should keep messages short but it’s not always possible with several contributors to an email thread.

CitrixSecureWeb is usable if not somewhat irritating. That’s the price to pay for and security colleague connectivity.

I had issues with check in- all self-inflicted do to my confusion regarding the treatment of honey as a liquid. The Delta team was wonderful and so helpful to find a work around to be able to send my honey separately - outside of my luggage. While the package has not made it to Boston I greatly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of all Delta professionals.

CitrixSecureWeb uses my thumbprint, just like the security on my phone. No passwords to remember! I can stay connected to my work as I want from wherever I am, even at the doctor’s office, especially if there’s something important going on. It makes things so much easier!

Access to work mail and email management is smooth through CitrixSecureWeb .

Very happy with the speed of CitrixSecureWeb and also the help from I.T. is always great! The only negative thing I feel is when writing an email for work through my pinnacle email, it types EXTREMELY SLOW and also once I write so much, I can’t see below the keyboard to see what I’m typing. Otherwise happy with all of the Citrix related apps!

We were using a different app before that was barely adequate for business email. No ability to attach files or photos.

Ability to access our secured intranet is great for using internal web based applications.

These two apps load quickly, are reliable and are very user-friendly. I’m impressed.

Managed to get a pickup on short notice, CitrixSecureWeb worked fine. Having to login with number and password every time; cumbersome why not the option to use finger or face ID

Fast connecting easy to stay in touch

A little clunky in that I need to use my password every time and it doesn’t flow into my personal email so I have to go into a separate app. That being said I can do what I need to do.

The service and food were excellent! The waiter, Brandon, gave us perfect suggestions and was very knowledgeable. We can’t wait to return the next time we pass through Cedar City! Bev

The visit went well considering the current situation of having to wear a mask. Very professional and answered all my questions, would recommend them to anyone.

The Secure app for work is very easy to use. It’s nice to be able to check emails from anywhere. The only thing I wish is that I could see all emails in my folders as well as my inbox.

This tool allows me access almost anywhere. If I need to complete a task, I have access to do so, which is a big help when I’m away from my desk.

My only issue is the icons used are not intuitive to me as to their function. But I’m a new user.
Maybe I’ll get more familiar with it.

Everything runs smooth and is user friendly.

This application works seem less with our environment. Update are integrated and has been operational since we deployed it...

I like the features included in CitrixSecureWeb , like the attachment function and doc edit option. It has a nice visual look as well.

Secure web works perfectly. Easy to use. Simple interface.

100 times better than the balackberry/good product our company used previously

I have been using Secure Web for a couple years now. Each time they upgraded it gets better. The program provides me with the security I need to keep my clients information saved but provides a good user interface that is easy to use and navigate. Very happy with the program.

At dentist or doctor in wait room it is great to be able to keep up with emails.
