This is the slowest most unorganized retail app I’ve ever used. If you go to search for a product you better know EXACTLY what it’s called and exactly how it’s spelled or it won’t pop up. Going from page to page takes forever to upload and it’s just not very organized at all. Definitely needs to be fixed and worked on. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because I like the product but HerbalifeShop needs some SERIOUS help. The website is just as bad too. As expensive as the product is you would think HerbalifeShop would be a lot better than it is.

For some reason my favorites list is only showing 12 favorites. It will not let me scroll down to see the rest of the favorites. Very frustrating.

You can see the products fine and read about them(that’s the reason for 2 stars) ; however , when it comes time to actually purchase the checkout page is all distorted as if it’s loading improperly. I’ll have to stick to using a computer to purchase which kind of stinks because mobile devices are easier to use and if I find another competitive product I might just change.

I can’t seem to see the menu bar on the home page. It will appear when I first open HerbalifeShop . But then a message comes up about shipping taking longer then usual and blocks it and doesn’t close or go away. It’s sooo frustrating. I removed HerbalifeShop . And re-downloaded HerbalifeShop . but still doesn’t work properly.

With the time it takes to get from screen to
Screen, add items to your cart and checkout you could drive to the next counties public library and complete your order on a 1995 PC with dial up Internet faster!

We use HerbalifeShop at our nutrition club. It’s so perfect and the features are more than I ever could have imagined! Simple and smooth transition between operators and customers makes the operation seamless! The only hiccup is the Bluetooth PayPal reader not connecting, model PayPal 625

Works great but seems like ask me to often to update like today I just updated las week and is asking me again other than that love it

Please make the loading speed faster while opening contact view, creating a new contact

Please add ability to take partial cash payment and balance on credit card. I find I have to attempt to split the ticket into two transactions.... the math doesn’t always work.

HerbalifeShop is way too slow and is disorganized. Bugs need to be fixed. It’s frustrating trying to look for items.

It needs FaceID and iPhone X/Xs support.

They should make another version for people who are memebers that joined it would make me keep up on orders much more then I do

HerbalifeShop needs some serious work. It’s extremely slow to load anything on it and it almost always crashes whenever I’m attempting to place an order which makes HerbalifeShop entirely useless.

HerbalifeShop is so slow. You tap on something like the back button and it literally takes forever to do anything. It freezes on you constantly and I have literally saved hundreds of dollars by closing out of HerbalifeShop and simply not purchase anything.

I wish if I click a link there is a way to go back instead of hitting the home button and starting the whole thing again to go to the article.

The application work excellent a love the fast and they tools you can crest you customer combo orders and be on touché. Thanks. Herbalife we keeping growin

I like the products but HerbalifeShop is extremely slow. Getting all the products into your cart feels like a hassle. Discourages me from even wanting to shop. They need to upgrade it asap

HerbalifeShop has always been slow to load, but I can deal with that. What I can’t deal with is for the past several days I can’t even open HerbalifeShop . I pull it up, sign in, and CRASH. HerbalifeShop closes itself. Please please please fix this ASAP! HerbalifeShop is so convenient when it works!

Horrible to navigate takes forever to load! I have to log on twice!!

HerbalifeShop constantly fails to load. Also the magnify view to see nutritional facts is poorly designed. You have to hold your finger over the area of the product to see the facts assuming your finger isn’t now blocking the view. Not user friendly.

App is slow and doesn’t support the latest devices also crashes more than anything I ever seen.

Was working fine up until the last two updates. Keeps crashing as soon as I open HerbalifeShop . Will change review after it’s fixed.
