This is the best way I’ve found to refill my medications. And it’s the quickest, easiest way to do so over all the other pharmacies out there. They have all the information you could need right there at your fingertips. I just refilled 7 prescriptions within 30 seconds. Always reliable and never have had an issue. Questions are always answered in a timely manner. Best pharmacy refill app out there!!

StopShopRx is super easy to use and at this particular Stop & Shop they are always very nice and always cater to your needs they are doing a great job! I know this Job can be very demanding and anything but easy at times however they make it look like it’s no problem! They are really dedicated to their customers!

We have switched our family prescriptions from CVS to Stop and Shop. It has been one of the best decisions we’ve made! The pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are a breath of fresh air. No more being ignored, waiting an excessive amount is time and receiving incorrect scripts. Thank you Stop and Shop!!!

Never have any trouble with getting my meds on time. Everyone is very pleasant. I actually switched from another pharmacy that every month there was always some kind of problem filling my prescriptions. It’s been such a relief dealing with this pharmacy!

It is simple to use and allows me to see history of all medicines I have filled ( history) and it allows for me to submit new requests and track those requests from “entry” through “working” and “ completed”. Very very helpful

StopShopRx worked great and was very easy to use. I just scan the barcode on the prescription and submitted it. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs prescriptions. Thank you

The pharmacists and assistants are always helpful, friendly and kind.

Just check the box for automatic refills...and the pharmacy will contact you when it's ready for you to pick up!!!

I am thrilled with the service at the stop and shop pharmacy on Quaker Lane in Warwick. Staff is knowledgeable, polite and takes time to explain new meds. Also calls to follow up on refills or any questions I might have.

Easy to use & understand. I’m always treated so kindly by the staff. And StopShopRx being so user friendly on top of texting when it’s ready for pickup is still helpful. Love Stop & Shop pharmacy.

Was able to do it though it took me longer than if I called on the phone..now I wait an see if it went through.

My pharmacist, Rene, is the only reason I have stayed with Stop & Shop. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She goes out of her way to help me with my multiple life threatening diagnosis and I am so very grateful for her.

Easy to use if you have a question you can always call the pharmacist. However I haven’t had to since I started using it.

I could not change my phone number on StopShopRx it has to be done by a pharmacy. Seems like a waste of time for everyone involved

Love the ease of designating what scripts to fill and when I want to pick them up. A lot easier than hanging on the phone listening to a recording.

Easy to use. Wish when they texted you that a prescription is filled that it told me what one! I take several.

I’m not just saying this, it is very innovative! I literally submit a refill request and it went straight into the system! StopShopRx is very smooth and new! It is better than the competitors trust me.

StopShopRx is terrible. It does nothing. Cannot see anything about my prescriptions. Cannot update my phone number. Does not send text reminders. Even the pharmacist at stop and shop said it stunk. I hate using cvs but at least their app works. It also only has 33 reviews (a national chain?) and the good ones are clearly from the developers.

Only complaint is that the entrance closest to the pharmacy is blocked off because of COVID-19 protocols. I wish that entrance could be reconfigured for pharmacy only access so you don’t have to walk through the store to reach the pharmacy

I had to change because my insurance dropped my last pharmacy ... so glad I chose Stop & Shop !!! Paul is great !! Remembered me after only a couple visits ....

Very easy to order refills. Easy to navigate. Quick response. Thru app, they’ll contact doc if you’re out of refills.
