Dear officer in charge, I want to appeal my account termination again, please see the reasons for my last appeal： “I found these 2 files in Degoo, but when I tried to delete it, I found that I couldn't. I remember backing up some files from my old computer in my office, maybe some files came from that computer and someone stored it. Please give me more time to find out how to remove it and check all my files to see if any other files are not abusing your terms of service. I might want to upgrade to Pro 500GB, but the system shows that I have 857.65GB data, actually I only have 389.33GB, another empty folder still shows 377.75GB, please help to adjust to 0GB so that I can upgrade to Pro 500GB.” Looking forward to your early reply. I too fell victim to the "copyright material" bot scam. The issue was ebooks I had purchased, and I have no idea how they were uploaded to the site. I tried to delete them, but it wouldn't let me. On this basis they cancelled my lifetime account. Just a scam. Site is slow and difficult to use, and now I won't have to worry about that, since they take your money and drop you over nonsense.

Most difficult company to work with. Virtually impossible to contact (unless one lives in Sweden) This is NOT a cloud storage, but rather a data gathering company. Your files are NOT safe here. Just lost ~300TB of photos with them as they trumped up a case to close my storage.
I receive a Error 1016 message after logging into my laptop and cannot access my files. Android on my phone seems fine at the moment.
NEVER buy the lifetime 10TB

I never write reviews but I saw an add for Degoo 10TB lifetime plan for $100. It seemed like a great purchase even if the upload speed was slow and with all the other poor features. But after a few month of using it and being very happy with it, I received an email from them saying a bot detective copyrighted material and that my account was being terminated and I would lose all my data. It turns out it was a mp3 file I forgot was on my laptop when I did a complete backup. They didn’t even give me the option to just delete that file and once I received the email they completely locked my account and I could not even download the file I had uploaded! I lost over 150GB of data! Don’t trust them! I’d rate it zero stars if I could!

It’s sad that I have to write negative review about this app & the services rendered by the developer. I have had this app for the past 3 years & I can tell you for sure, I wasted my 100$. Initially, we had a computer app where you could download on iMac. So I saved all of my stuff on this app but the developer stopped supporting and updating the iOS iMac app and it has become obsolete. I have lost all of my computer stuff which is very painful. When I tried to software, Apple told me that they cannot be able to run to check malware because the developer hasn’t updated. This guy pocketed a lot of money after CNN market marketed tor them. My advice to the general members of public is that do not buy this app, you will not use it the way you intended

Been with this company since early 2019, features come and go all the time, Especially the most useful ones!?!? Why do the developers think that this is helpful to the end-user, and now when I try and backup photos from my iPhone they automatically go into a dedicated iPhone folder instead of letting me upload to a specific location in the cloud. How is anyone supposed to keep their files organized this way?
Please allow users to select where to upload from their phone or the web and do not choose for us! This is NOT helpful.
I would like to backup photos from my phone to a folder of my choosing and have them actually be there when I check later.
