Switch your mute button on Apple products off so that you may be able to hear the educators talk. I love that GoLiveIM gives you notifications for when the educators come on and when each session begins. Can’t wait to see more apps in the future, maybe even being able to see referees or the harmonic scanner in action!

GoLiveIM is really trash because i’m subscribed to goldcup but it asks me to “kindly purchase” goldcup when i’ve been having it for more than a month now paid and all that. also GoLiveIM just randomly kicks you out especially when i’m im Bob Proctor’s live and he’s about to say something amazing then GoLiveIM wants to kick me out it’s not a good feeling. please fix up.

For the last weeks Ive been having issues trying to hear each class, I have switched from instructors to languages and still the same problem.
I even have uninstalled and reinstalled GoLiveIM a couple times.
I really enjoy IML and the valuable info they provide, please solve this issue. Thank you!

I’ve tried to use GoLiveIM repeatedly but the sound never works. I submitted the feedback in GoLiveIM in the submit feedback area over 6 months ago and still the sound does not work. I’ve tried troubleshooting with my phone company but this is the only app I have this issue with. I’ve tried deleting GoLiveIM and reinstalling it but the problem persists.

Need to be fix GoLiveIM run to slow need to be at a lebel more efficent, for us the customer we need a better service in GoLiveIM thanks!

GoLiveIM is in need of a total revamp. No playability, very poor visibility and worse yet, no sound how can GoLiveIM be called anything but dysfunctional? The screen will freeze if I attempt to exit from the live session and I have to force quit GoLiveIM to continue. Really disappointed.

Having issues hearing? Change your mute to off/on.

I have an iPhone 8 and when I open up the application it won’t load up the whole log in information. Even when I flip it sideways for tablet view. I have the elite package for IML and I’m just surprised that GoLiveIM doesn’t work well.

Would be better if I could switch to my mt4 & the video the keep playing on mobile. When I switch apps the live stops

I can’t click on the educator that’s live sometimes, when I do it doesn’t do anything.
I would also see some educators don’t receive notification once they are on.

I really need this to be better. It freezes all the time. Doesn’t keep my place on a video and is not user friendly.

It was working fine a few days ago and currently every time i try to log in a prompt pops up stating message and i am only allowed to tap on “OK” after which nothing happens.

It was working a few days ago but now I can’t login. When I attempt to login it just pops up a dialogue box that simply says “Message” with an “Ok” button to press, I press “Ok” and nothing happens.

I've been having a lot of issues with GoLiveIM. I can't watch recorded sessions always bugs, it's glitchy. GoLiveIM needs an update ASAP

I keep getting a failed to process request when I’m logging in can you help please

I input my user and pass and doesn’t let me even see the box to ‘accept terms and conditions ‘ thus not even lettting me log in. I’m surprised some people are able to sign in

The log in screen wont show the acknowledgement box that is required to check so that i may log-in.

So I can’t access GoLiveIM 🤷‍♀️

My sign in is in correctly but just keeps giving me the same message “ failed to process request “

GoLiveIM is not showing the EULA. It’s not allowing me to log in unless I click that and GoLiveIM isn’t showing it. Help please. I uninstalled GoLiveIM and downloaded it twice and even rebooted my phone.

There is no sound coming out of my speakers on any of the live sessions. I am using an iPhone 8 Plus. Please fix

I can view all recordings, but there is no sound. There is no way for me to adjust it, I have to use the web version.
