How to fix RTSports app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RTSports app on iPhone
Update RTSports app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RTSports iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RTSports on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RTSports network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RTSports Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RTSports not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RTSports App
1. On android, goto Settings » RTSports » click [Force Stop]

Update RTSports to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RTSports App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RTSports » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RTSports.

Fix RTSports unable to contact server/ RTSports internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RTSports » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RTSports » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
