The app doesnโt work

After emailing the customer service back and worth and explaining I cannot pick any of the programs they advised me to have โmore patienceโ and that I will not get any refund.
After answering over 30 questions, reinstalling the app 7 times, the app is still not working
After the update the app is not working!

After the latest update I cannot open the app anymore. Iโve tried re-installing it but it didnโt help. If this wonโt be fixed ASAP I will he forced to cancel my subscription ๐.
