ON MAY 9, 2025 I MADE A DONATION ON CHEDDARUP TO ET WYMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR A EVENT THEY WERE DOING. I RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD BILL...BUT ON THE BILL IT SAYS "REPEATING CHARGE" THIS WAS A ONE TIME DONATION OF 104.34 ....AS I HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THIS SCHOOL....AND WILL NOT BE MAKILNG ANYMORE DONATIONS. Issues with program

During my Sample Sale on Sunday night there were major Issues with the program! When a customer would make a purchase it would only mark some items as Sold Out and not other items. And would allow multiple customers to put the same item in their cart when there was only 1 in inventory! I had to go in during the sale and Hide items that were purchased so they couldn’t be bought again. I now have to refund these customers for the duplicate orders. It is a mess and confusing and was extremely stressful! So disappointed in Cheddar Up and can’t trust the program!
Colossal Pain

Somehow we have taken simple field trip and school activities to a new and frighteningly complex and convoluted level for payments. This app is slow and takes too long to do simple tasks. There was no need to add this in addition to PaymentsPlus for the same district, yet it’s one more aggravating platform to enter too much personal info, take 20 minutes, and get charged for the transactional experience.
Home schoolers are getting their monies worth being off platforms like this.

Buggy App and Website

Site lagged while creating account but I finally got to work. Unfortunately it froze when I started to create a collection - I downloaded the app while waiting for the site to catch up. Unfortunately had to shut the browser and re-start, needed to login again. Except the logo and password I had just set up was now not working. Clicked on the link to reset password and waited for the reset email that never arrived. Gave it a shot, but sadly it disappointed. Uninstalled.
