Has not updated in a couple if hours
The app on my phone is frozen in the same location , won’t refresh
App will say GPS is off and will re-engage after sending a comment to GPS device

It stopped updating while they were driving. I've sent commands but it still won't update.
I log in with the password I was given “Optimus” but it won’t connect, it’s just sits there saying connecting.
