The iOS app is tough to navigate. Could use improvements. I had an issue that was causing a problem and I sent it to their support and someone contacted me within an hour and fixed it within two.

When you find a company like that, invest in it.

It’s very good. Very accurate. I requested a “snooze” button so when I drive the car it doesn’t notify me constantly when I’m driving messing with my music lol. Based on my experience with this company that feature is probably already on its way.

You can turn off or on the route path. Tracks the pings. If they are set to closer times (2 or 3 min), it uses more battery but gives a more accurate line. To me the path doesn’t matter - it’s where it is when I need to see it. This is accurate. I can send a signal to see where it is and still leave the setting at 10 min. And it pauses when it’s parked. (Good battery saver). This has been great for tracking a parent and helping find them when they were lost.

App works great, but you can’t use GPS alert because it triggers for no reason every 2 seconds. Best to just check on your GPS when you want to know instead of being notified. Should make a setting that alerts you if it moves more than 200ft

I don’t normally write reviews but I would like to help out. I only use this for my motorcycle, had this over a month so far and works great. Device and App is easy to use and shows details of the event where your bike is at (Speed, Direction, GPS Battery Life, Moving, Stopped etc;). Everything stated on description of the item is all true so if you care about your machine I would recommend on investing in this GPS Tracker for a piece of mind.

I have used this for the past year and a half on a skidsteer kept in a major metro area. It worked great in the beginning. Notifications were reliable and kept a great history. Last 6 months it doesn’t notify me of every movement and when I check the map using OptimusTracking it shows a blank white screen. After a few hours it works again. It hasn’t recorded any activity in the history reports for almost a year. Looking for a better service now.

Ive been using the tracker for about a week now and i absolutely love it. It could use a bit more detail.

Not soGreat OptimusTracking does not give you real time it will say the person is parked when the person is actually moving also when you go to charge it it doesn’t show that the batteries actually be in charge so it looks like the batteries at the same percent it even though it’s been on the charger for hours stopped working off an oil

OptimusTracking works great and the trail that shows where the tracker has been all day is very useful.

I used to be able to send commands to the unit to change the frequency of check-ins. The only command available now is “No Commands Available”. I’ve rebooted the phone several times and have a good signal. Very disappointed.

It doesn’t show exact trail just jutted lines across the map. Sad :(!!

This device and app is perfect for my fleet needs. I recommend it.
