Seriously .... advertise for tracking and not update new users it doesn't work before purchase. Obviously it's been awhile since it's even worked by reading reviews. This is not difficult to implement, what's the deal. Also speaking to Tech support whose English is poor. Not recommended !! The SOS portion works, I'll give the company that but Bay Area Medical not transparent to its customers base !!

Latest version (3.0.7) of BayAlarmMedical is broke and will no longer launch on my phone. Please fix ASAP

Since changing to the new app, it is not as good. The old app offered mapping so I could see where she had been. This one half the time shows zero steps when she’s been up moving around. I appears she hasn’t moved but she had. This is a big zero because I need to know she’s up and ok

I updated BayAlarmMedical this month and it has yet to provide any accurate information.

Cheap speaker in command unit from the 70’s makes it difficult for an elderly person to understand commands. Command unit is only place to hear and respond. App is not ready for use which is critical to this product actually helping save a life. Instructions and setup very poor.

App crashes on launch every other time I go to use it. Seems like it hasn't been thoroughly tested on latest iOS. My other family members have the same issue.

Sometimes a reboot of phone gets it going. Other times have had to delete and reinstall.

I’m Very concerned if I’m traveling and not near or unable to charger/charge the device is useless .
I’m contemplating ending my subscription .🥲🤷🏾‍♂️

Please update your tracking/location feature. The tracking feature is terrible. Please update. Does not even give close locations. My parents live in a coastal city and when I try to look at their location it shows them in the Pacific Ocean.

The SOS Mobile works great as far as commutating with the monitoring staff. However the program for updating the emergency plan & other info does not work well. Every time I tried, I got an error message. When I called, a rep did update the info for me.

Since most recent updates, BayAlarmMedical won’t open. I have deleted it and downloaded again but it just shows an icon. Nothing there. Previously it was great so I could keep eye on family member

I am able to log into our account from my laptop and your website but BayAlarmMedical doesn’t recognize, there isn’t an update required and still haven’t received my password reset email.

See previous review about alerts for battery, etc. Alerts should come by text or push. Email too slow and don’t check very often.

BayAlarmMedical is only for tracking and costs 5.00 month it has nothing to do with the actual service besides tracking .

Have used this many times with great success! The paramedics are called after you push the wearable button if they are not able to teach you!

I was nervous making a test call but the operator on the other end was very helpful and verified we were the people on the account.
