Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this app. It’s loaded with bugs and there is no one to speak with besides there offshore chat service.

Their system erases USPS and lead information mid campaign and no one can explain why or recover the info…Regardless of whether you update the lead status NOT to receive mailers anymore they still do and no one can explain why or fix this problem…The past two months have been me getting an email from their “support team” saying “we haven’t forgotten about you. Our development team is working on that” while I still get charged for bad mailers that should not be going out…The rates keep going UP while the service provided gets worse.

Just do yourself a favor and stay AWAY from this app. Go to Propstream, reipro, printgenie, or anywhere else. I can’t believe the nerve of this company to email me weekly to boast and brag about how great their company is when all I experience is flaws, costly mistakes, and lack of resolution while the rates keep going up to justify the “new features” when the old features don’t even work right. I’ve been using Deal Machine consistently for about two weeks. First started in October on the free trial, now end of January I upgraded to the $99 version. I really enjoy the drive feature how it tracks your routes, miles, leads added and time for each trip. One improvement is to clean up the “dashboard” for some reason, when I’m on my mobile app, it always has the option “get DealMachine ” so it scares me to think that my account was suspended or logged out. This was my first time using the support, and I am thoroughly impressed by the speed of responses I received. Another small kink I would suggest, is when using DealMachine , it would be helpful to see when you click on “leads” it tells you how many leads total you have. Instead of manually counting or scrolling all the way down. Overall, I am very satisfied with DealMachine !

I usually don’t leave reviews for applications (that goes for apps I like and don’t like). I just have to say that DealMachine is great! I honestly don’t know of any other app that makes driving for dollars as streamlined as this one. Some of my favorite features are adding pictures when you add deal without needing to actually take the picture yourself, creating multiple campaigns and choosing which lead should receive what campaign, and being able to choose the frequency at which each lead receives a mail piece. These features alone help me save a ton time, especially since I also work a full time job. I already see that features have been added to incorporate a CRM-like application. That’s great and I’d definitely like to see more of that. If deal machine finds a way to integrate with google maps api to create a driving route, I think that would definitely be a game changer for D4D.

I am young and new to real estate investing. I’ve searched online for the best apps and best ways to find leads. After trying other methods, I decided to stick with Deal Machine. The main reason why I decided to use deal machine is because the functions and appearance of DealMachine is trendy which I believe appeals to my age group (Gen Z ) though it can be used by anyone regardless of age. The add picture function is my favorite because now I don’t have to search through my photos app to find a picture of the home as I did before without Deal machine. All of my info is right in DealMachine . I also like that Deal Machine includes the house number so while I’m driving while it’s getting dark or if a house number is missing, I can guess the number based on the surrounding homes. Customer service is also quick and helpful with answering any questions I have. Again, I am new to real estate and still learning the ropes so I’m a beginner in the field of real estate apps. But, from my experience so far, Deal Machine is the best choice for me in organization and finding leads.

Dude bro yes seriously dude bro. When I freaking tell you I love DealMachine. Well… honestly I only use the word love for my wife, so I don’t actually love DealMachine but I like it a lot. I freaking used to struggle so bad dude trying to get all of the addresses near me (I can’t tell you where that is Bro ✊🏾 but you get what I’m saying). When I freaking got this freaking app, dude dude dude, I freaking fell in like with it. Seriously dude no freaking work put in. A click here a tap there done sir done.

I first heard of this app towards the end of 2018 when listening to a podcast from Max Maxwell. I signed up shortly thereafter. Although I was a complete novice to the wholesaling business at the time, I found DealMachine quite user-friendly and easy to navigate even with my limited knowledge on real estate. It has also made life so much easier. I remember driving for dollars, depending on a little notepad in my car or the notes section in my iPhone to keep track of properties.

DealMachine totally revolutionized this process for me and helped me a great deal when I arrived at houses where the address may not have been visible. Honestly, I could go on and on about how much this app has been heaven-sent for me but will simply sum it up and say it is a complete GAME-CHANGER!!

I not the type to really leave reviews and I’m not gaining nothing from writing this review but I must say I use DealMachine every day and every problem I had the customer service responded fast and was very helpful in assisting me until my issues was resolved I definitely would recommend DealMachine and give it a 5 star for that reason alone but it’s also easy to use easy to understand and easy to start a mail and cold calling campaign right from DealMachine as a newbie this has definitely taken me from being over whelmed not knowing where to start to just diving in and just doing it like Nike every day ! I haven’t got a deal yet but I send post cards out almost every day and it automatically follows up ever 21 days super dope!!!

Hi David, this app has taken my lack of follow through off the table. I'm embarrassed to say how many times I've gone driving for dollars, collected a lot of addresses, drove home, and forgotten to complete the process by researching the list and contacting the home owners. I use to write down the addresses, but due to my apparent dyslexia, I would often jumble up the numbers. To avoid writing the numbers down, I started using a small recorder and would say the address twice in order to ensure I got it down correctly. Given all that work, I would still sometimes not follow through and contact the home owners. I would either find the crumpled-up paper I recorded the addresses on, or find the tape recorder under my car seat a few weeks after the fact.

The this app app has take me, and my lack of follow through, largely out of the equation. I snap a picture, move the icon over the right house and send the postcard....c'est finis! This is an awesome tool and I am so glad you guys came up with this time saving masterpiece. Thanks!!

DealMachine offers an easy way to add new properties to to your leads list. You can add a picture for postcards and mail them out right on the spot. With so many features like adding tags or notes to the properties it makes it easy to track why you chose that property. There is so much more you can do with your list you have to check it out for yourself.
If you have a team or thinking of building one there are team features also. You can give permission, restrictions ,track routes and times so you know can track performance.
All in all DealMachine works flawlessly every time with no issues just yet. I’ve had DealMachine since early 2019 and I plan to keep using it. I encourage you to try it.

I am new to Deal Machine, but have used it a couple times and it is so easy and has great instant information with the click of a button. It makes driving for dollars fun! I used to drive around with a notebook and write down addresses then manually enter them in a spreadsheet but with Deal Machine it’s so easy to upload your list right from DealMachine .
Besides DealMachine being so great, the customer service is even better! When I first signed up I mistakenly chose a service that I didn’t even know I chose. When I reached out to customer service, Gianne and James were so quick to respond and help me correct it.
In conclusion, Deal Machine is a great app and it’s nice to know their customer service will actually respond if you need them, and quickly! Five stars from me!

To those of you who had experienced issues with deal machine for the last view days don’t give up on it.

I was having major issues with this app because they had a issue with their skip tracing where it was very unaccurate.. but instead of bashing them I understood that we all make mistakes and I decided to make a complaint about this and Jam one of the team members was great she helped me a lot and took notice of the issue instead of sweeping it under the rug like a ton of other people would have done. I will be keeping my business with this app they treat all customers the same and fair. And they actually take into consideration on our own issues and ideas to make the platform great.

I just hope they keep everything exactly how it is and not change any single feature because it is basically perfect of course they could add things that will improve the experience of working with them. But everything they already have is good and I hope it stays. The skip tracing quality is going to be updated soon according to the team which is going to be another bonus to all of you newer users. Again I would like to thank the team for helping me with my issue.

I absolutely love deal machine! Being a beginner and new to real estate wholesaling going out and finding good properties that are distressed is really exciting. However, I would go out and find 15-20 properties and have an address but never follow through on getting any information or reaching out to the owner. Deal machine has made this easy and accessible for me by removing the human factor in my lack of follow through, with just the click of a few buttons! Thank you for this product and how you counting to advance its features. I would really like if we were able to get property information on multi family and commercial real estate. Also, I don’t think there should be an up charge for street view pictures. Those are my two negatives, outside of that, I LOVE IT!

DealMachine has paid for itself 10 fold in the first year alone. The CRM is super intuitive and effective in keeping your leads organized and tracked, the customer support is amazing, and they are constantly improving the software. Makes running a wholesaling business much more automated. I used to drive around with a printout of a map of an area I was driving and would highlight the streets with a highlighter as I drive down them, manually writing down each address. Now, I don’t even need to stop and park, I just click the screen and keep driving. Then with a touch of a button, I have a campaign started to automatically send mailers on a schedule. No more printing at home and manually stamping envelopes. Do yourself and your business a favor and get on team deal machine!

Even though I’m not familiarized with all the features this system entails, this is one of the best real estate systems I’ve used so far. It enables you to build a leads list, organize them, send postcards, now they have a text message system and those are only some of the features I am aware of because I know there are so much more and I feel like every day these people keep striving to make the system better! Oh and let’s not forget the Thursday night zoom meeting that are worth so much when it comes to real estate investing education. They’re customer service is phenomenal, very clear and precise and are always there to help with everything they can!!! Now I’m questioning myself whether to get rid of all my other systems and just stay with deal machine!

I love using deal machine it makes my search for properties extremely easy and organized to have all my leads in one place . I Especially like it because the CRM version is completely free ! Also they allow you to add credits to your account and do not require a monthly subscription for the basic functions. Today I had an issue with scheduled mailers in which I was going to automatically be charged while attempting to skip trace a property. As always after making a quick support chat. JAMES was able to assist me by canceling my mailers and allowing me to simply purchase my skip trace. Everything was resolved within 10 minutes and James was extremely helpful , professional, and polite. I will continue to use deal machine and would 10/10 recommend to a friend.

I am an upstarting investor, brand new to the business. I was looking for something to help me move forward and begin opening up avenue’s for the future of my business and work at least manageable, but DealMachine has made it leaps and bounds easier. People that make it easy to understand, a UI that is easy to navigate and read, and customer service from very knowledgeable people that have access to things I did not have before. Sincerely a necessity if you want to start or just need an easy surface to work with. I’m intrigued with its design and it makes me want to push further with my exploits in work investing and searching for more and more hits for my real estate search. I plan to use DealMachine for my needs daily and I’m looking forward to working with them as they progress as well!

I have been using Deal Machine for a number of months, and I find it to be a great tool for investors. While driving, it displays a moving map so I can track my progress. Relevant information about a property is only a tap away, and I can take my own picture of the property. It will also highlight properties that meet criteria I specify. There is a built-in CRM to track my prospect activity, and I can specify mailing campaigns with letters or postcards. Customer services is very responsive, usually answering questions within minutes. DealMachine will run just fine on iPhone, and when you get back to home base you can view your progress on your laptop. I am only a one-person operation, but the system does allow the investor to hire an army of “bird dogs” to drive and enter property on their own. I find this to be a great app!

I definitely recommend Deal Machine to everyone. As a beginner in real estate it has been a challenge to start in a very hot market. I started to use the Deal machine app two months ago because I wanted something to get the property owners contacts out, and to this day it has helped me a lot, finding properties and owners information was never easier until I decided to use Deal Machine. you can do a lot of things like drive for a dollar and add the properties at the same time, skip trace, you can get a list of properties for free up to 50,000 which is fantastic. on the other hand, they have a support group who help you super fast and answer your questions if you ask thousands questions they will happily answer them. Joining the application was one of the best decisions, it makes everything less complicated.

Just getting started with deal machine as it was recommended by friend. It’s taking old school strategies of sending postcards, letters, using Google to research data on properties, and bringing it all together to be efficient and effective. It’s what we’ve always done but on steroids.

The customer service has been fantastic thus far… Responding in a timely manner and being extremely helpful in the process. I’ve been very impressed. I travel a lot and DealMachine is already helping me to buy time back and maximize the work I’m putting in. Real estate is not my full-time job… In fact I don’t have a lot of extra time to put into it… So this is helping me to multiply efforts tenfold.

DealMachine and desktop version are both super user-friendly and the onboarding and training that comes with it helps work out any questions we have.

Find property owner’s information instantly and send direct mail postcards with one touch. As a wholesaler DealMachine makes driving for dollars easier than ever. Before deal machine I had to write down every address I wanted to add to my list and then google search and pull up tax cards to find the owners information and maybe find a phone number. With deal machine you can easily just click on the house in the map and add it to your list send mailers and find 2-3 phone numbers instantly. this app is a game changer! Been using DealMachine for 2 months, and just got a call from one of my mailers and now I’m on the brink of closing my first wholesale deal! Highly recommend DealMachine!
Also a couple mailers got stuck in the mail, so I contacted this app help center, Jenny responded in minutes and fixed my problem almost immediately! Great app! Great service! Highly recommended DealMachine!

Deal Machine takes convenience to another level, + has the potential to be greater than it already is. DealMachine tracks the locations you’ve driven, track all your addresses with property images, send direct mail to the property, and more. Hands down, it beats the old way of writing down addresses and coming home later to do the homework. I think what I appreciate the most about DealMachine is the way it’s able to log my information. Being able to access and work from your desktop is also dope. I’m only giving 4 stars because I’ve experienced minor problems like the GPS lagging while in use, my direct mail being sent out to the wrong address, and then returned back to me. But, like I said, DealMachine is fairly new, and still a very good investment.

Personally their young, fresh, innovators with a can do attitude, but in a business nothing speaks louder than service. Using this service opens a channel for true customer support. Late 2017 I started driving for dollars. I started writing addresses down and then looking them up when I got home. Tried to get in touch with the owners but had no luck. I basically wasn’t going anywhere. I downloaded DealMachine and after about a month of driving for dollars in my free time, I closed on my first 2 houses the same day. Just got a purchase agreement 3 days later to sell one and hopefully will be getting the other one sold soon. DealMachine is so convenient, it saves so much time and the postcards look professional. One guy actually said he liked how it stood out because the postcard had a picture of the house on it. I’m 23 with a full time job, it’s crazy how much I’m able to do just in my spare time.

I absolutely love this app! The convenience that it offers in Driving for Dollars is phenomenal!! I take my 13 year old son out with me and we Drive for Dollars using this app! He learns a lot through using DealMachine with me in addition to real estate investing!! this app simplifies the process in sending out mailers and providing necessary information on property details.

The customer service at this app is top notch! The quick response makes me feel as though I am VIP!! If I have a question, they are right there. I highly recommend using this app as it is definitely a game changer in your Real Estate Investment business.

I love how Deal Machine makes driving for dollars so enjoyable! Before I would have to just write the addresses then follow through when I got home! Being able to instantly save a property and know if it’s owner occupied or an absentee owner on the spot is clutch! It also allows me to fine tune my eyes on the spot. Deal Machine does a great job at constantly improving their product and implementing suggestions from multiple users. Hard to not be happy with a product when you can honestly see them trying to improve. David and his team does a great job being involved in the investing community and I must say, the way the they have supported the black community will be the reason they’ll always have my support!!

Just starting out in real estate wholesaling and it’s like drinking from a fire hose of information and trying to figure out which apps to utilize. I used a trial period for a couple different apps for driving for dollars and this one was the only one I subscribed to. Lots of cool features all in one place. You can tell that it was built by a wholesaler. I had an issue with my promo code(my fault not theirs) and had to speak to support and they were super helpful and got back to me really quick even though it was over the weekend.

I also offered some suggestions of what features I would like to see in DealMachine and the customer support team was very great full for my feedback and said they would bring it up in the next meeting. Super professional and supportive customer service.

I’ve been utilizing deal machine for a while now but one of the things that I wanted to take the time out to acknowledge is their 5 star customer service. I ran into a few road blocks, especially when getting started, and the customer service rep Joy would always help me to resolve any and all issues until whatever issue was corrected. I’m pretty sure a lot of people would agree when I say that DealMachine is phenomenal, but as a real estate agent and investor to come across a company that treats every client with such care is what really stood out to me. I would highly recommend giving deal machine a shot. Group of great people and a great app. It’s a win win.

I recently had a few issues with my account. The mailing address of the properties that I wanted to mail to wasn't auto-populate in the address field of my postcards. There were other small details to iron out and questions answered but this one was the main one for me. The dynamic duo of Maria and Jessa diagnosed and took care of the situation with ease it seemed. My cards were now reading and looking as they should and it was done in an extremely timely manner. I'm sure they are busy answering questions from people all over but they still take the time to listen to you and make sure they get you squared away and set up for success. Deal Machine has been an absolute game changer to me. It all started when I first went driving for dollars and would write down each individual address I would find in my notes app. 2 months later I figured there had to be a better way, and that’s when I stumbled across this amazing app. After about a week of using DealMachine, my days of not following up and being unorganized with my leads were over. Deal machine found a way to take what ever stress that was involved with driving for dollars out, and it was worth every penny. The customer support is also as good as DealMachine itself, with quick responses and very patient customer support staff such as Joy!

I rated DealMachine a 5 stars. I went from a little over 100 leads in my mailing list to over 1,000 much less time, if you’re driving for distressed properties you are doing yourself a disservice by not using DealMachine.

DealMachine itself is worth buying, but the icing on the cake is the support the this app team provides. If you have a question during the this app business hours they will promptly answer your question. If you have a question off hours they will get back to you, but also provide you with some possible solutions. On top of that the team will also interact and answer questions on IG.

Deal machine has helped me in a major way! If I’m passing through a neighborhood with potential homes to deal machine, and I have some time to kill, I’m able to! Since DealMachine makes it easier to not have to haul a notebook around everywhere I go! Or I can get type it out in my notes on my phone, but that takes up even more time to research and type out all the info. I also use my notes for other daily note taking, so when I would add info about houses, it would be a chaos of info. Deal machine helps me keep the homes that I am interested in separate from other info on my phone, and it organizes everything!
