Sprint Complete Storage Reviews

I have 10,000 photos and I cannot do a select all feature to download all phones to my new replacement phone. I was told I had to manually select sections at a time date-by-date. And when I try to stroll down in SprintCompleteStorage to my earlier photos it freezes. So I can’t even see all my photos. When I go on my computer it only show me the last few days without the option to download or save to my computer. I was told I could get my photos which is misleading when you have a lot. They should have transferred my photos to my replacement. I keep telling the sprint person I have 10,000 photos. Sprint is no help in the store or the experts you call.

I upgraded my phones and now a let and specifically asked how my bill would be affected. I asked exactly what the new cost would be and was given a price. Turns out the customer service person I spoke to lied to me. I should have learned my lesson the first time they lied to me but I did not.

This is the second large carrier who has outright lied to me. As soon as I can afford to escape, I am done with Sprint and with large national carriers. I am disgusted. My bill is $40 more than I was told. Pitiful!!!

Such a sad situation. I will say the coverage has been as good as any, basically it’s fine.

I’ve got 226 pictures and only 134 pictures have uploaded.. it’s been like this more then 6 months.. and most of time my phone is connected to WiFi and cell network too... plus if you want to get pictures off of it you can only do it through app on phone..... SprintCompleteStorage sounded wonderful but won’t work and will drain your battery so download something else to save pictures like google......instead of this failure

I needed to get SprintCompleteStorage to save space on my phone, but none of my photos that I had deleted from my phone show up. I have tons of photos on here, and all that comes up is a black screen. I assume they are somewhere but they don’t show up. If I have honestly lost these pictures I will have lost family vacation memories, pictures with friends, and so many more. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it

I mistakenly installed SprintCompleteStorage! Once it installed it immediately started backing up photos with no control to turn it off. SprintCompleteStorage does not allow me to ever just delete phots from the cloud or a way to turn off backing them up. Once they are backed up no easy practical way of deleting from the cloud unless you delete all photos from your phone!! Not sure at this point how I can delete my account and photos. Worst app I have ever installed!!!!

When trying to use the application it freezes up while, what seems like, backing up but one cannot tell as there is no status for this and you can no longer get SprintCompleteStorage to respond. Also this application tries to backup your photos even when you don’t want it too. With so many options out there for this type of photo storage I would suggest to look elsewhere.

I’ve had SprintCompleteStorage a couple months, it worked for a while and it has been uploading all my photos. However, in recent weeks it won’t even open. When I select the icon it acts like it will open, sits on the main logo screen for about 45 seconds and then closes on its own. At one point it did open all the way so I could scroll through my photos and after scrolling back to February, it locked up, sat there for a minute and then closed on its own. Now, It won’t open past the logo screen again and just closes on its own after about 45 seconds. It doesn’t need updated, nor does my phone and I have tried restarting the phone. I dont know what the problem is, but I’m annoyed.
Update: Two days after leaving this review, I chatted online with a sprint rep who suggested I delete SprintCompleteStorage and reinstall. I did that. It worked instantly. But here I am, another two days later and SprintCompleteStorage is back to its old tricks. Awesome.

I just downloaded this today. I love the fact I can save my pictures to this because my iCloud is full. However, it’s been downloading for hours and I deleted some pictures. So my main issue is will it always take this long? It’s not like I have thousands of pictures. I will give another review in a week or so.

I Love SprintCompleteStorage only problem is when you take a photo with iPhone it is a Live Photo if you save it to SprintCompleteStorage and put it back on your device it is no longer a Live Photo I had a really cool photo of the new World Trade Center in New York that was live and the building would appear but when I put it back on my phone it no longer works that is something I can not get back

I am so excited sprint has SprintCompleteStorage it is so awesome! I just upgraded my iPhone and thought I lost some photos and I found them here!!! 😊😊😊. I just remembered sprint offer this a while back and so glad I utilized it!!! The only compliant is maybe the sprint sales associates should also recommend looking here too. Life saver to some very memorable family moments !!!!

I work for Sprint and this is the least utilized app that comes with phone insurance. Unlimited photo and video storage and it’s included with all the other great stuff you get with the insurance like cheaper repairs. I recommend SprintCompleteStorage to all my customers.

I really enjoy how SprintCompleteStorage is sooo organized and gives you options on whether you want to remove the photo or video from complete storage, photos app, or both! It also tells you how much videos or photos you should delete to free up space. Awesome app!

I was a little skeptical when first time being made the offer from Sprint Storage but it has been so much easier than Apple no annoying messages on Storage seems to be unlimited and easy to access so very very pleased

I have recently downloaded SprintCompleteStorage, but can’t seem to back up my pictures so I can free up some space on my phone, any suggestions on how I can backup my pictures into SprintCompleteStorage .

Saves me all kinds of storage space and I can still get my favorite photos in the blink of an eye. I love it, I just wish I could get it for my HUAWEI MATEBOOK , 2 in 1 laptop Windows 10 home. I’m holding out hope that some day It will happen. Thanks guys!!!
