No customer service!
I’ve use this App for a few months and it has been great. Until I got a new phone. I logged in and it tells me I am not longer a pro user. I have the receipt saying I paid for a year and that was done less the two months ago. I sent an email to support and have heard nothing back for a week. I have estimates and invoices I had to get out so I had to pay again to get my invoices out. Now I’ve sent several emails and I’m paying for a service I already paid for once. Guess you should find some else to give your money to!

No Support No response No Working!!!
They have an app issues even when you pay money every month you don’t get any assistance and reply back from Invoice bee company .. I had all my invoices disappeared from my account and I wasn’t able to restore them . I contact the support via email but no response till today.. Also their app no working properly it’s stuck a lot and even if u pay money every month it’s still no working like u didn’t pay them . No working application!!!

I have been doing business with this app since 2017. I started with their cheapest plan and then upgraded to the next level. The company fails to inform you that according to their “policy” you must first cancel your subscription then sign back up with the upgraded plan. They have been double billing me for MONTHS and refuse to refund the original subscription fee! Taking my business elsewhere.
