What is the use in ordering samples off WilsonartDesign for your wall board when they do not come with the hole drilled in them. We are having to hang the samples on our board now with a rubber band.
Wilsonart, as a cabinet maker, I can’t tell you guys enough how much I hate having to pull out my phone to find a chip on the board. Also, sample chips without holes is such a pain!!
Your competition (in line on the same wall in the office) have boards that are waaaaaay easier to navigate and use. I am now steering my customers away from your board just to make my life easier.
Ordering chips is easy and quick. Love the smart board trays so I don’t have to deal with the pegs and knocking chips off the board. There are a few quirks that make WilsonartDesign not work as it should however 95% of the time it’s great.
