I paid for the full version of MileageAutoTrack about three years ago. It’s been wonderful for my needs. A few days ago it suddenly stopped tracking my trips. Today, when I opened MileageAutoTrack there was this big thing about paying for a subscription if I want to track trips. I understand apps can change, but if I’ve already paid for the program, it’s just wrong to shut off the services I’ve already paid for and require me to subscribe, and that without warning. I do hope they will restore what I’ve paid for.

App developers are greedy in their subscription costs at over $40 dollars a year. Way too more compared to what I expect to save.

I have been using MileageAutoTrack for years & it just stopped tracking at the end of April for no reason. Now they want me to pay for it. I don’t remember if I paid for it in the past or not.

My app stopped working as of May 15 without me being aware of it. The program is set to work continuously, but whatever reason it stopped working. I communicated with the developer several times and never received a response so that means I have to try to go back and re-create the 2 1/2 months of travel to many medical appointments manually.

They deleted all my info so now I have nothing to show for taxes this year. Terrible app, save your money!! Nothing but a rip off, and it actually doesn’t work well and I am a paid yearly subscriber. You think your backing up your info but then you open your files and nothings there. Waste of my money and time!

Do not get MileageAutoTrack unless you absolutely remember to stop it before the end of the trial period. They have charged me now and refuse to stop. And I am unable to cancel the subscription on my end and they keep telling me to cancel vial Apple ID and it does not appear there. They are lying to me and keep charging me. Do not download unless you want to be charged indefinitely.

I’ve reached multiple times and different ways to this company. You are able to track mileage for different businesses, but when you export them, it won’t let you separate them into Individual businesses, which defeats the purpose and wastes a year. I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but when you can’t get ahold of anyone, what do you do?

It may be a glitch but I logged in w my google account and have taken 3 trips already that have not logged.
I tried to manually add a log and cannot, due to it not allowing me to add start and destination addresses

MileageAutoTrack is missing a trip-ending option, which makes it inconvenient as it takes a while to end a trip. Additionally, there are no trip filter reports available. When adding a trip manually, you cannot select the starting and ending times. There is also no option to edit trips, including distance and time. Given these limitations, MileageAutoTrack does not seem worth $40 a year. However, if these issues were fixed, it might be a better value. Furthermore, customer support is quite slow.

I own a small business and I’ve tried many mile tracking apps to track my mileage for may business trips.

I have been using MileageAutoTrack for 2 years and it’s working great for me. The trips are more accurate and easy to use.

I purchased MileageAutoTrack but had an issue (that ended up being on my end) but the Tek Support Team immediately assisted me! MileageAutoTrack works great!

I use MileageAutoTrack to track both my personal and business miles and it's very easy to categorize with simple touch and gestures. This saves a lot of my time to finish my monthly mileage reports.

MileageAutoTrack works like a pro. Keeps track of all the drives that I make and helps me to take notes for each of them as well. And also it provides a yearly, monthly or even a custom report whenever I need it. Works like a charm.

I have been using MileageAutoTrack to track my work trips and personal trips separately classified . It’s quite easy to track without my intervention at any time as all of it happens magically in the background . Still trying out other features of MileageAutoTrack ...

I often visit multiple customers monthly and quarterly. The cool thing is it remembers the mileage type that I had set for a customer and it automatically fills it when I the same location next time. I can send an email of my report in csv format which is useful. This is by far best mileage tracker I have used.

I like how MileageAutoTrack looks clean and easy to use. I like that how it shows the actual route taken I traveled for the trip. I can also set sub category for business purpose. Overall, I love it.
