It crashes every time I try to load it on my iPhone. Also crashes on other workers phones. Please fix.

Doesn’t do much. Can’t even see a monthly view

Not much has been improved. Very hard to edit a reservation in LittleHotelier , and for whatever reason, cannot delete or cancel a reservation. I also cannot log payments taken separately like I can in the desktop version. LittleHotelier only gives the option to charge the credit card/take a payment, not simply log the payment that was already taken (cash, credit card swiped elsewhere). Still a 1 star.

They changed LittleHotelier to look exactly like the website. Which is not good on the phone. Previously I could glance at 4 tiles that showed check ins, check outs , closed rooms, etc at a glance. Now it’s back to counting manually… serious downgrade with this version.

I give it a 1 Star because the only real thing I can do is check in/out a guest, and Yes I have seen that I can now take payments with LittleHotelier , however it is very cumbersome to operate. You need to completely rework LittleHotelier from the ground up and make it function as the browser version all the same options with the exception of set up options. Or at very least have a different version for tablets.
I would also like to see some changes in the over all system.
1. Add an address book for repeat guests (should not remember credit cards)
2. Add a way to track credits for regular guests who stay often.
3. (This should be #1) remove the requirement to change the password for me to log in, if my password gets compromised I will change it, I am running out of password options and your system will not let me re use a previously used password.
4. Make sure ALL of your agents know all the workings with AirBnB as you are the only company they allow to link with there calendar you should know haw there system works.
I will update my review and add more stars when all issues have been met.

LittleHotelier will cost you a lot of money and customers. It should be removed from LittleHotelier Store.

LittleHotelier is crashing upon login. If they fix this I’ll change my rating because it is a useful app. It until it’s fixed not being able to sign in makes it useless.

LittleHotelier isn’y really what I had hoped for. Its mostly to create reservations. I wanted a more functional app that performs like in the website. Might cancel my free trial and find other alternatives.

Can't do nothing LittleHotelier has a really bad design. It does no give any practical information.

Most importantly they need to add where you can cancel the reservation. Often times a cancellation takes place, but you cannot make a new reservation until the old one has been deleted. You have to be at a computer to do that. Making changes is very difficult too. Checkin and out and payments work fine.

It’s nice to be able to check in guests remotely with OpenKey and this app though LittleHotelier and alerts our hotel’s staff to booking changes instantly. I only wish we could access credit card info as well to help process bookings entirely on our phones. Maybe that update will come soon...

I run a 14 unit lodge. LittleHotelier doesn’t do everything but that’s just fine. LittleHotelier is still super useful. Take care of reservations on a desktop and don’t ask too much of LittleHotelier and you will be happy. It’s another tool in my toolbox. I use it every day.

Prone to freeze. Limited operations allowed. Password problems that can be only fixed by deleting app and reinstalling it. Would love to have its functionality expanded and make it a reliable tool. It is great tool to have, complements the booking engine, but it only offers basics, not mimicking the booking engine.
