I’ve paid for remove the advertisements but even a paying the advertisements still there please give my money back period

I download ESLEnglishListeningTest in two iPhones. Both of them can’t not load to listen. I was hoping ESLEnglishListeningTest will be good for learner. Poorer app.☹️

The sound voice is not working

Even after bought the getting lots of ads.

I paid 5,99 for ESLEnglishListeningTest in January with all lessons unlocked. Now I need to pay for a subscription for something already paid? I'm disappointed

I paid $5.99 for ESLEnglishListeningTest to unlock the lessons and remove the ads ( which are too many!). It did neither one. I will be asking for my money back!

ESLEnglishListeningTest is great as far as the content goes but there’s no way to contact the developer to report issues. So I had to come here to write this review.

So it has three different parts that you can purchase to get rid of the annoying ads. When you click on ESL it sells you TOEIC.

So, even though I wanted to purchase ESL because of this mistake, I ended up buying TOEIC and now I don’t know how to cancel it and get my money back.

Another issue is the placement of the X to exit out the advertisement. The X is placed at the very top right corner that no matter how many times you tap, you cannot close it out, super frustrating!

There is a big problem that I am always kicked out when I try to go the advance level. I have tried many times but ESLEnglishListeningTest automatically cancelled itself. Please fix it as fast as possible, thanks.

Did you stop this application? I’ve already paid but there is no sound. What can I do ??

I found in really useful as it has a set of natural voices and practical content. It worth more that its price. That really helped me improve my intonation and listening.
