To sign up you have to agree to “emails updates and special offers” so until you do you can’t even open VisitOrlando . I’m sure Special offers is them selling your info so expect lots more junk mail. Reading other reviews it’s not worth it, never seen something where you HAVE to check the accepting special offers just to sign in.

Just a link to their website and it’s not even 100% mobile friendly. Signed up for a new account but never received an email and couldn’t login. Tried to sign up for another account but received an “invalid action” error message.

Disappointing performance.
Crashes on latest iOS version if you try the call us feature.
Also fails to deliver any results at all if you search for obvious places.

The prices for tickets in VisitOrlando cost more than what it costs on the actual universal resort website smh. I thought there were supposed to be discounts and I live in Florida.

VisitOrlando is really buggy and it doesn’t have any content that couldn’t 100% be a website.

Horrible app may as well be called kiosk on 192 pushing tickets through their portal to the big three Orlando is so much more than theme parks visit orlando hosts magical dining and not a peep on VisitOrlando ! Horrible representation of our city.

App worked well when I first download it. Now it crashes almost immediately after opening.

I loved VisitOrlando but after the first couple days it won't open at all now really needs to be fixed
