What is VISIT GREECE? The Visit Greece app is an initiative by the Ministry of Tourism, powered by Eurobank and Mastercard, and developed by Warply. It is designed to help tourists explore Greece and stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The app provides information on hidden gems, top attractions, accommodation, dining, entertainment, and shopping. It also features a COVID-19 infopoint that provides travel guidelines, referral hospitals for COVID-19 cases, and health protocols followed by businesses. The app is available in English and Greek.

I downloaded VISITGREECE and tried the “login with Apple” button. Got an error (“something went wrong”). I then manually created an account using my gmail address. Then back to the login screen. Tried “login with Apple” (which uses my gmail address) but got an error. Then tried “login with Google” and that got me in. So it seems like you have to manually create an account FIRST, then you can try the “login with …” buttons (or manually enter your email and PW).

Same problem as everyone else, I can’t login. I registered through VISITGREECE , but when I try to login it says my login info is wrong. So I clicked on the “forgot my password” link and when I tried to reset it I get an error saying, “something went wrong.” So at this point I can’t use it, but visually it looks nice. I am using an iPhone XS iOS 14.6.

The tool worked for me. No trouble signing in. It might have been difficult if I didn’t have a connection, but one should downloads the form once received in case that happens.

The developers need to figure out a way to allow screen rotation to landscape mode. When you get to the login page, after you type in your user name and password, the keyboard covers whatever link they have to click on login and you can’t shrink it so there’s no way to login!

Tried deleting it and reinstalling it nevertheless it still doesn’t open, just see the first page with the lady at the beach!
A little frustrating as I need VISITGREECE functioning well to fill out forms for an upcoming cruise in November.

I tried downloading twice. The first time, I didn’t allow any location info or notifications. All I see is a background. Nowhere to tap. No way to sign into anything. Basically a screensaver. The second time I allowed location access while using VISITGREECE and allowed notifications. Still nothing.

No option to download the PLF, which was supposed to be a feature of VISITGREECE , and the only reason I downloaded it. 2 stars for it looking well polished and having some other functionality.

I signed up for an account ON VISITGREECE .. tried to sign up afterwards and keep getting the email and password doesn’t match. Then when I try to click “forgot password” I get an error message. Whoever designed VISITGREECE needs to go back to school because it’s absolutely a waste.

App doesn’t work. Network signals are excellent. Only front welcome page opens and there is absolutely nothing to clock on or move forward. We are coming to Greece on 12 days and I don’t know what VISITGREECE is supposed to do. Plan to delete.

Just like the others. Can’t get past my log in. It goes nowhere. Supposed to get PLF at this site to be able to enter Greece. This is not a network problem.

I registered separately on VISITGREECE from the web address. Getting the same response as everyone else unable to login credentials do not match. VISITGREECE clearly was not fully vetted and tested before you launched it. Way too many problems. Help.

I can’t login. The fact that you need to set a new account should be clearly noted or changed into one account to stop confusion.

The login via Sign In option doesn’t work. It says “Something went wrong” although via the website login works fine.
For me it was another reminder that Greece and information technologies are not good friends

Not possible to download the plf form in VISITGREECE - and if it is then you need a doctorate to work it out. Feels like a personal data sucking app to sell you things rather than offer a service.

The keyboard won’t disappear so you can’t hit the log in button. What bunch idiot developers does not test your own stuff before putting it out. What a waste of money.

VISITGREECE is worthless. Total waste of time. The credentials you create can’t be used for PLF nor can you use VISITGREECE to submit a PLF. it seems to just be a survey and census collection app.

Don’t waste your time. Login was fine but if by Greece, they mean just a few spots and not the whole country, VISITGREECE is for you. No thanks. Try harder. Disappointed.

It’s June 9 and VISITGREECE still does not work. I can answer a whole bunch of questions but then when I tried to login to perform the PLF, it won’t let me login.

I only get this loading image of waves and sand. There is no any login screen, or any kind of menu. Just an image of girl with MasterCard logo!
