It's ok

Yoga is both physical exercise and meditation. This app is awesome for just the physical side of yoga. It would be nice if there could be some type of cue to promote good form other than hoping you are matching the demonstration. Absolutely no emphasis on meditation. The classes don't promote a flow from pose to pose. Good for beginner with an interest in yoga but that is about it
Needs auditory cues

I like the app and like the poses. I just wish there was some sound or the instructor to say when it's time to go on to the next pose. I have to stare at the screen to see when to come out of a pose & that takes away from the pose itself.
I need a lil more time

Great app; be prepared to feel a little rushed between poses if you're new and/or out of shape (I'm both). If they would let me increase pause time between beginner level poses until I'm up to speed, it would've received a full five stars.
