Does SonicCloudPersonalizedSound now only work with the $10/month subscription?

I tried SonicCloudPersonalizedSound briefly with mixed results at best. I wanted to try it again as I believe results are possible and wanted to see if it had improved.

Now every call I try to make is immediately canceled, no reason given.

If this is because I am still trying to use the free trial (which was unlimited AFAIK when started) it would be nice if it told me so.

Seems less than useless right now.

Saw this as app of the day and thought it looked interesting, so I downloaded it. It does nothing unless you create an account - give it your name, phone number, email then it asks you for permission to phone you about some product they’re selling. No, I do not want you to phone me! Done. Deleted immediately.

I’m intrigued with SonicCloudPersonalizedSound an would like to see what its able to do, but I’m unable to finish the test. The sample of what SonicCloudPersonalizedSound is supposed to do listening to Sean talk, and anything else after that point, gets cut off and never comes back on. Anything after that point would be inaccurate if I were to just blow through it. Anyone else having this issue or know what might be causing it?

I would like to cancel my subscription, but I’ve gone to settings, nothing there, I’ve gone to iTunes , can’t find anything on iTunes at all? So how am I to cancel this? I just don’t use my phone for calls.

When SonicCloudPersonalizedSound asked me to go to a quiet room I knew it was questionable. All hearing apps need to listen to the current environment long enough and adjust their sound levels accordingly before testing or operating with other functions. Listening to the phone call with each ear showed no improvement in call audibility either. Many do not have quiet rooms available thanks to heat pumps and central until a power outage happens.3

What kind of voodoo magic is this?! Making lyrics I’ve been struggling to understand for **months** suddenly become clear. No longer do words enter my ear holes then rattle around for a few before coming out as a garbled mess!

I think the calls I make are great but I would like to know how I can set it up so I can use it for incoming calls as well.

My elderly grandparents have both experienced hearing loss. I wish I would have known about SonicCloudPersonalizedSound when they were both using their mobile phones, it would have said a lot of time and lent to a better phone conversation. My opinion is you have a great opportunity to help many people. I hope the people who need this service can afford to pay the $9.99 per month. I think it’s worth it, and I hope they do too! Thank you for your service.

SonicCloudPersonalizedSound works extremely well. If you have difficulty understanding people you talk to on the phone try it out! I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I am hearing impaired with an iPhone which I had to use the speaker to hear my calls. I would adjust volume for some class up or down what a pain. My wife found SonicCloudPersonalizedSound and I tried it and I love it thanks..

I am hearing impaired with high frequency loss. I wear BTE hearing aids but still have problems when on my IPhone. $10 per month seems pricey. I have made five calls so far and I do have to say I am getting good results. Will report back in 30 days.

It’s now been three months and I’ve decided it’s a keeper. The only issues I have experienced are minor in nature and mostly related to my lack of familiarity with SonicCloudPersonalizedSound . Customer service responds to questions right away. The key thing is SonicCloudPersonalizedSound works! I now have call forwarding activated on SonicCloudPersonalizedSound and all my calls - incoming and outgoing are coming through Sonic Cloud. Five stars.

I was so blown away by SonicCloudPersonalizedSound I literally contacted the Co-Founder to thank him. I’ve checked out all sorts of options and SonicCloud is hands down the best I’ve found. It works far more effectively than even my daughters hearing aids! TOTALLY worth it! I can’t recommend it enough!!! ❤️

I've had profound deafness sincr childhood. Have Siemens super power BTE hearing aids. 85dB of loss in both ears. SonicCloudPersonalizedSound makes it VERY easy to spend several hours on the phone per day. The job I have requires this and I could not succeed without it. I love what Larry and the team have done. Can't wait to see what is next!!

The customer service is outstanding. They truly want you to hear your best and have the best experience with them and the people you are talking to on the phone possible. Their response time to a question is fast.
I hear people so much better with SonicCloudPersonalizedSound . I highly recommend it.

Working at home was problematic as Mac computers do not support MFI hearing aids. I run my meetings on Microsoft Teams and have to run them on the Mac due to screen sharing—but I had difficulties understanding people. SonicCloud allows me to tune the sound so I can understand everything. I can use Apple earbuds! Highly recommended!

Yes I could tell a difference! And it calmed me down on the phone call which I didn’t expect. Are usually notice that I talk too loud because I can’t hear people I think that they can’t hear me! If that makes sense. So it was a nice phone call and I see a lot of adjustment areas and buttons and I’ll kinds of bells and whistles on this thing that will take some time to learn about but so far so good 😬😊

I was always amazed that I was never able to adjust the quality of sound coming from my iPhone. The music app has an equalizer, that’s so so, but you are stuck with increasing or decreasing the basic volume only...and most times that does very little to improve the sound quality.
I must admit when I first came across the Sonic Cloud app. I was skeptical. I was very surprised that SonicCloudPersonalizedSound . allowed an infinite degree of fine tuning, including the ability of making adjustments while I was in the middle of a conversation!
I became so used to just OK sound that I was very pleased with the quality of sound that Sonic Cloud created. No more straining to hear what the caller is saying...its like a brand new phone! Great app.

I have no problem with phone calls but spend many hours a day watching TV recorded programs on my iPad via Bluetooth to my hearing aids. My hearing aids can’t compensate for my high-frequency loss so I set up my hearing profile WITH my hearing aids thus matching my hearing loss.

I now can stream all audio from my iPad and iPhone with great results.

This program is like placing two hearing aids in series and compensating for my high frequency loss.

SonicCloudPersonalizedSound has helped me hear more clearly and makes everything sound so much more awesome.
If I use speaker phone for calls, it doesn’t hurt my ears anymore.
