السلام عليكم أنا من جمهورية مصر العربية وبتاريخ ١٣ سبتمبر اشتريت من فرع شارع طومان باي بمنطقه الزيتون جهاز bein4k جديد و اشتركت بالخدمه بباقه التميز ودفع رسوم تركيب وكل هذا بمبلغ 7425 جنيه وبعد ٣ أيام وجدت ان الجهاز فيه عطل انه بيهنج والريموت لا يقوم باي عمل فتواصلت في يوم ١٧ مع خدمه العملاء علي رقم 16162 وكلمت الأستاذ مصطفي لمده ١٩ دقيقه ثم تكرر العطل اليوم التالي يوم ١٨ مع الأخ مراد لمده ١٣ دقيقه واستمر العطل فتوجهت الي الفرع الذي اشتريت منه الجهاز يوم ٢٠ فقام الأستاذ عمرو بالفرع بعمل تحديث للجهاز ثم اليوم وهو ٢٣ تكرر نفس العطل فقمت بتصوير العطل بالموبايل واوضحت فيه العطل وارسلت الفيديو الي رقم الواتس 01050555150 فطلبوا مني ان اكتب ماهو العطل فكتبت لهم وكالعاده قالوا افصل الجاز ثم افتح الجهاز تاني وهي الجمله الشهيره عندنا في مصر وبرضه لم يقم احد لي الحل سوي الذهاب مره اخري للفرع حتي الآن أنا تواصلت مع ٥ أشخاص من خدمه العملاء و ذهبت للفرع ممكن حضراتكم تتواصلوا مع أي شخص بيفهم هنا يجد لي حل لأنه ليس أمامي إلا الذهاب للفرع مره اخري وعمل محضر بالشرطه لأنه لا يجوز ان اشدفع 7425 جنيه منهم 5550 جنيه ثمن جهاز ويصبح خلال ٣ أيام يعطل ولا يوجد احد من الشركه قادر علي تقديم حل نسيت أقول لحضراتكم ان خدمه العملاء قالت ان يمكن تبديل الجهاز خلال ٣٠ يوم من الشراء لكن الفرع قال ١٤ يوم فقط ممكن احد يتواصل مع الناس اللي يعملون بشركتين في مصر لحل مشكلتي أنا ذكرت لكم الأسماء وكل المكالمات مسجله مع خدمه العملاء حارساً لحضراتكم صوره إيصال الشراء والفيديو الذي صورته اليوم بالعطل المتكرر
Please cancel my credit card subscription ASAP. Found it unbelievably difficult to trawl through the details of how to cancel. Always super simple to sign up but NOT to cancel subscription. Also when I switched on tp watch a game, it told me I was not logged on to watch on TV yet it showed on my phone that it was. Dreadful site .

Terrible

At first it worked fine but after a week it’s stop working, it gave me an error message and said to “come back in a few minutes “ came back hours later and still didn’t work. Tried to delete and reinstall but now it saying “ error no connection “ when I do have connection. And don’t get me started on their website, I try logging in and it seems like it’s working but than it send me back to chose my provider and it does every time I try to sign in. Just a terrible streaming service for have several big leagues and sports!
Horrible App

This app is god awful. The stream I want is never available due to "technical difficulties". This happens literally every time I open to the app which always when I need to use a mobile device for a soccer match because I'm on the road. The only reason I still pay for the service is because I like to watch bein the tv channel. This app is a waste of money and absolutely terrible.
Hugely Disappointing

The app is very bad that I can summ up my review in few words and it will be a sufficient review for you to decide that if you wanna use the app or not:
From the design to how its scrolling works, to how visually it is unpleasant, to how it has poorly settings, to how poorly its notifications operate, everything is bad about this app. In fact if ESPN ever fixes occasional crashes on its app, I would never use bein.
