According to instruction I need to put more money into online course in order to listen it(1000 digital money = 1000 CNY ) after I put in money, it is shown I cannot use it at all and cannot withdraw it back, so I cannot do anything with the money
I contacted their service team , left message and sent email , all of them didn’t reply at all

Everything on this app is VERY slow. The download DOES NOT work, it took me 12 hours to download 30% of a 100MB video. Very laggy and randomly quits all the time. You all should hire better engineers!!!
