It’s good, but is also a sellout app.

DrawingPad starts out okay. It gives me all of the tools I need to draw, and tells what they do. But then it immediately sells out, and only limits me to making 3 drawings at a time, I can’t use all of the tools, and I have to pay actual money to do anything else. If you want to sell it don’t say it’s free, and then after downloading it give us a half assed demo and ask for money, or make it free, AND accessible for everyone in the future. I hate apps that do this, and for that big gaping hole I can’t rate it five stars... but DrawingPad itself is a good software and I recommend it too.

Not very good.

Ooooooh. Boy, where do I begin? First of all, DrawingPad was average. I could draw just fine, but then, they put in an update, which limited the number of times you could draw to three. That is sad. Every time you wanted to draw after that, you would get a screen showing you all the purchase options for the premium version. No thanks, cwapfaces. The same happens if you want to share the picture to your drive, or something, and then you've got an awesome picture just stuck there. Now for the little things. There are ads in the drawing space, that take up a good portion of the screen that you can't get rid of. And another thing, the only brush sizes are itty bitty, one that doesn't work, and enormous. Plus, the logo is really ugly. I don't want to stare at that poorly drawn screaming owl ever again!

Amazing Epic But...

Ok this is sincerely Awesome for young artists like me to improve
And there are more options of color than on irl that u have to by everything that u use but here's a suggestion. You guys should add layers that way we can draw everything like all the shapes and stuff then we make a new layer and trace everything that way we don't make big/small mistakes when trying to erase every line that u don't need anymore. And second that way we don't mess up on color when we start coloring that way we don't cover the base lines with color. I hope this gets added in thank u developers for this amazing app ^_^

Bad Experience

Ok, well DrawingPad has MANY, and i repeat, MANY, bad features. Here’s a few: 1. I got this 10 minutes ago and i drew 3 drawings and i wanted to draw another one, but it said that i need to pay to continue. Like, WTH!! I’m a kid! There is so much technology now days, that, electronics are literally taking over the world! Don’t you want kids to be smart and creative! Luckily, I have got into drawing. And DrawingPad is MAKING US PAY TO DRAW???? When you think about that, it sounds CRAZY! 2. Whenever you do another material, if u want to do the material you had before, you have to do the effects to it all over because it resets. So, for me to draw a good hair, it takes A LONG TIME to get it good. UGHHHH!!!!😩😩 I HATE DrawingPad! I wish i never downloaded it! If you are reading this comment, trust me, PLZ 🙏 DON’T DOWNLOAD IT! IT WILL JUST BE A WASTE OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!!!!!!!!!

Pretty good, IF you buy pro

I think this is a great app, but it is a lot easier to navigate if you buy pro, which is cheap and I suggest. It doesn’t take you in to separate pages when you are switching the width of you brush, it just appears at the bottom, which is helpful if you are just doing a quick sketch. Also, you don’t accidentally click adds which is very annoying when you do that. Overall, a great app, even without pro, but just a bit better when you purchase pro.

Good Draw Game

It's Great because there's a thing that explains everything and that the Game is free even if it awesome and I love Games just like that and that you can change almost everything it makes you do your own thing you want in it it also has the thing that copies the thing that you draw on the other side.I never had a really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really good Game it has everything I ever needed to draw.

"To Make More Drawings, That's Gonna Cost You, I Don't Know 500 Gems?" -This App

Back in the day, I loved using DrawingPad to draw when I'm bored, but first off, it forces me to rate it. Yeah, okay. That's fine. I'll give a few seconds of my life to rate this thing. But then it forces me to download the full version just so I can make more drawings!? Why!? You were fine with all of the advertisements and limited features! Why did you have to resort to DLC? DrawingPad feels like it wants to be Moneybags from Spyro the Dragon now. It wants your cash and it wants it now. The only way I'm rating this back to five stars again is if it goes back to where you didn't have to get the full version to make multiple drawings. Screw. That. Noise.

I really enjoy it, but....

So, I just found DrawingPad, because I love to draw on my iPad, and I disconnected from the internet for a good while and I couldn’t draw anymore because you have to be connected to internet to “load certain items”? I just want to draw, I don’t care about those certain items that need internet, I hardly even use the stickers (which I’ve only used twice since downloading DrawingPad ) and I just draw. So just ask if you want WiFi when disconnected or something like that.

This game though

This game is the best game I’ve ever played. I’m 10 year old popular artist in my house and school, my work has been in 7 art shows. And this is an app that I can shade, paint, sketch, color, and draw. To be honest I love DrawingPad I give a lot of credit to who made DrawingPad cause it is the best app in the world. And I love it. Art is my whole world and whoever doesn’t like art absolutely no hard feelings you guys can have your own opinion and we’re all unique. :) ✍🏻👨🏻‍🎨🎨

Occasionally crashes

Every one and awhile DrawingPad crashes and deletes anything unsaved which was quite annoying when it deleted the drawing I had been working on for the past hour or so, but a couple days later I started again, this time saving regularly, and found it is otherwise a good app. Also requires you to right a review before you can send your drawings anywhere which is rather annoying but hey, whatever.

I Am Writing This Review for One Reason:

It won't let me save my drawings to my camera roll unless I leave it a review. DrawingPad works just fine, and it's pretty good for beginners (read: me). But I was able to save my drawing the first time, and now it just asks me to leave a review. If I don't, DrawingPad responds with "maybe later" and refuses to save anything. It's a fine app, just maybe don't force people to leave reviews just to use a simple function.

Please fix this

It’s a good app, but you only have a certain amount of undos before it gets all messed up and you can’t go back to the drawing you made. I was working in my very first drawing-and it was looking pretty good-but the “paint bucket” tool spammed and messed it up, I tried to go back but it stopped after 5 of more “undo”

I would appreciate it if that was fixed, I cried over this drawing. Worst part is that it was o e of those “one time only” type of drawings, I tried and tried to re make if but couldn’t.

Enjoy using it

I enjoy using DrawingPad on my iphone to make fun drawings - i wish i had a stylus though because the iphone5 is pretty small. I don’t have an ipad or larger screen to use but i think you could do a lot of neat drawings with a larger work area - DrawingPad has a nice selection of colors and effects to play with. Just can’t afford to pay for a subscription now. Maybe in the future :)

Nice app but...

I have only just started exploring everything DrawingPad has to offer, but so far I am pleased. It has a nice range of colors and tools, and responds to the stylus pressure like a real pen. I only gave 4 stars because it does have quite a few ads (as I would’ve expected) and required me to leave a review before using certain features multiple times.

Would rate zero stars

I only use this poor excuse of a drawing app because it's easy. This is legit the cheapest drawing app on the AppStore. It's mediocre at best and wants to charge you "so it can get better." Not to mention it crashes A LOT!!! And your hard worked on drawing doesn't get saved half of the time. It leaves you frustrated and sad because you have to pay a dumb fee to be able to draw on an app that crashes. Also my three drawings a day thing is a LIE, I literally can't create any new ones. Lastly, change that ugly screeching owl of a logo it's hideous, like DrawingPad.

Amazing

So easy to use
You can use any color and it has a variety of tools
It is super easy to upload pictures and color over them
I used it for a school project and it was so much easier than the note pad i had
The only thing is it dose not save what you type on it but other wise it is great

Pretty good

I really love using DrawingPad to edit pictures. Plus after I save the edited pics to my photos, the size of the photo fits the whole IPhone 7 screen which helps a lot when I want to use the pic as a iPhone background. One thing I don’t really like is that there isn’t really a brush that is just solid. But besides that it’s pretty good.

Great, but hard to work with

It looks like a great drawing app, and I really want to get into it, but when you try to draw, there's a millisecond pause between when your finger hits the screen, and DrawingPad starts the line. This means that if you draw a quick line, it'll only make about half of it. This is absolutely impossible for me to deal with, and I don't know how to fix it. Maybe others can handle it, but not myself

By

Nice

It is alittle hard to draw on but it’s really cool I like it and 1 thing I would add is to have the paint can like if you wanted to delete a background of the plain color then you could which I can’t so and please fix the go back like if you mess up and then you wanna go back it didn’t let me so I had to cover it

So far.

DrawingPad so far has been pretty good. I'm not an artist, but for doodling it's been great! I can say, that this is the second app I have on my phone, and I love the fact that it doesn't kick me out at all when I'm trying to sketch something, AND the tools to doodle with you can actually fix the calibration on it. Pretty nifty.
