Provider won’t fix blocked subscription
This used to be a great app. Last update resulted in numerous subscribers (I have Cox) being blocked, even though they have & are paying for the required services. Discovery Life Go is well aware of problem but has taken no action to remedy this! The site says they will send notifications when issue is resolved. Around 30 days later, NO RESOLUTION! Extremely disappointed in inaction on the part of Discovery Life Go!!!

Beware Comcast/xfinity users!
This app does NOT support Comcast subscription to watch! I was so hopeful I would finally be able to watch Untold Stories Of The ER and Body Bizarre. But I found out the hard way that I can't watch a single episode because they don't support Comcast. Which to me makes no sense as it's the #1 service provider where I live in America.

App still has everything locked after I sign in
My provider is listed and I’m signed in but everything is still locked! I called my provider and it’s available on my regular cable! **update** still not working and even emailed customer service 3 times now! No response
