I love renting from Twiddy, but the searching feature of this “app” is terrible. There is no way to return to your general search results after looking at the details of a single result.
Like another reviewer, tried logging to my account with same username and password that works on the site. It asks for email, confirm zip code, then ask for password and confirm password. Then error comes up saying password hasn’t changed and it won’t let me log in.

When you look at a house after scrolling it takes you back to start instead of where you were, save feature does not work either, when you click on heart it takes you to another page and there is nothing
Basically unusable. After multiple attempts I was finally able to log in. After logging in I was able to see my account, but my upcoming trip didn’t display. Even if it worked perfectly, what value would an app provide over just using the website? Just use the website.
I reserved a vacation rental through Twiddy. Thought TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals would be great. I downloaded TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals , it said login using email and password from the website ..so I did. Won’t accept my password. Tried several times. YES, I am using the correct email and password! I went to the website, and my email and password work just fine there. ????
TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals needs a lot of help, it crashes constantly. And whenever I try to submit a maintenance request, it just logs me out completely! Usless!
They force you to use TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals and then TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals isn’t great at all. You can’t even get the WiFi details without TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals and it’s painful to find anything and you get stuck in endless login loops. You can’t even use the TV without it. Just put it on the fridge and be done with it.
It was so frustrating that I actually took the time to go back in TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals Store and write this review. That’s how frustrating it is.
I downloaded this so I could easily search for rentals on a mobile platform (was expecting something similar to Zillow), but it doesn’t actually have a search feature. The “Browse Rentals” button redirects you to the website.
The functionality of TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals is gone. Now it is just a mobile version of the website? When is the actual app coming back??
TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals is slow, and closes when you leave the page for another screen.
About half of the embedded links in a reservation do not work including simple things such as “view listing”. Seems like TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals has trouble with things not specific to the actual specific reservation.
When I try to use TwiddyCompanyOBXRentals to view my full lease details I get an error page
New update is missing the countdown when you open app, makes you log in each time and won’t use face recognition.
We loved the location , just a short walk to the ocean and the sound to beautiful sunsets. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We will certainly return to this house someday for another great vacation.
Very easy and convenient. Love being able to share with all my family so they all know what is going on with our vacation reservation!
