- No mention of needing to upgrade to Be Focused Pro in pro version description

- No web-based integration for Windows

- No ability to use this on a web interface and sync to phone

I do not want Focus Matrix to automatically select the "Show In Be Focused" box. It is annoying to have to go through every single entry and deselect this. How do I disable this seemingly automatic function on both the desktop and ios versions. Thank you.

Have just purchased the pro version of Focus Matrix. Unfortunately the lists I have created on my Mac book app are not showing up on my iphone app. Is there a step in the process that I'm missing?

I cannot get the iphone app to sync with the Macbook air app. Even logging out and back in again doesn't sync. Please help this situation.

How to fix Focus Matrix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Focus Matrix app on iPhone
Update Focus Matrix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Focus Matrix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Focus Matrix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Focus Matrix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Focus Matrix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Focus Matrix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Focus Matrix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Focus Matrix » click [Force Stop]

Update Focus Matrix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Focus Matrix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Focus Matrix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Focus Matrix.

Fix Focus Matrix unable to contact server/ Focus Matrix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Focus Matrix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Focus Matrix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Focus Matrix
