Really bad

I can live with the ads but this app has a lot of issues. I primarily use this for weather which isn’t always accurate; sometimes still lists the temp as being the same for several hours, the radar lags or sometimes will show clear skies over the entire state during the middle of a storm. The topic icons are often wrong, I click on news and end up viewing where’s Shane or find the channel 12 car. I’m a regular watcher and am constantly annoyed and disappointed that the anchors are constantly pitching their less than stellar app. And less to do with the app and more employees, typos are everywhere! It’s like they use speech to text but don’t proofread anything, it’s worse than if my 12 year old were typing up the stories.

It would be nice if the app would function at a minimum of twice a week but yet that seems to asking too much - unless of course you want to be bombarded with ads instead of actual news content. In the stories you can read, the grammar and spelling issues are ridiculous. Why be a journalist if you can’t spell or write properly? It is very sad that the alleged Number One news source in Kansas can’t provide us with decent content and a usable app.

Stop with the boxes to choose from on the app!! I’m sure the boxes are easier for most folks to use (apparently, or you wouldn’t have them?) but for ME, it’s like playing a game show. I want to know about (insert whatever). Hmmm, I wonder which box that information would be in? Maybe it’s virus related, but also may relate to sports, or grocery store hours, and/or something else. Which box do I choose? I choose none and move on to one of the other local stations news apps.
